We got a call about this guy laying hands on another person's child. But when we got there I saw this really skinny girl with bruises on her face. I walked over to her and asked if she was okay. She said "no."

I didn't want to lie. I really wasn't okay. I live with an abusive father. After I told him everything he took my hand and we walked out the door. I saw my dad trying to wrestle a police officer. He was handcuffed and placed in the back seat of a cop car. I was also placed in a separate cop car. I was scared. I've never been in a police car before. As we drove off I felt a tear coming out of my eyes. We got to the police station. I got out of the car and went in the back. I was seated in a chair. I did not want to know what could happen next.
