"The visions of blindness never cease to taunt"

The returning battalion was met with praising for the most part and not to mention everyone bragged about how hakubi slayed so many of the beast's in one "hunt", even nirva was mentioned! So when he fell asleep it was if he fell asleep the first night he arrives. Happy. And so he drifted into his dream world, vision after vision played...one in particularly stuck...it was a vision of.....the alimbics?! They floated there....three of them looking down at nirva as if to talk to him but no words were said...instead a long silence past before they actually moved.

It was a swift grace full motion....they floated towards him and like from the old times embraced him and in doing so gave him knowledge.......12 people in white robes with the writtings "E.V.E." and "E.X.C.E.E.D." on the front and back.....they seemed otherworldly as if from another time....more visions arose....such as new buildings...weaponry. It showed the past and present in the same timeline as if split screened.....It confused hakubi at first but he slowly began to realize THIS was the future of mankind..... But as soon as the dream ended, he woke up.

It had been 10 years since that day.....and all the same nirva stuck with the army to help make that vision come true..... In due time he became a battalion leader and even hakubi grew to be his right hand man even though his might far surpassed nirva's own..... Infact he was only just recalling this because he was spacing out on a important war meeting on how to deal with the beast insurrections along the coast's of the icey waters of geldo'or. He hasnt talked and was never expected to...even if he was 19 soon to be 20...and hakubi 40 it didnt matter. Old habits stick hard. And true to the spirit nirva still thought things over.

He wasnt even interrupted when hakubi flicked him....the old war-tent...yes humanity had come far but.. they have'nt even began to master fire,water,electricity....whatever those were.....and if nirva tried to speak these things people would think he was crazy and would have him replaced. Still...the simplicity of society was calming.

And with that thought he exited the war-tent with hakubi laughing and telling yet more bad jokes about the weather and nirva's attire.
