Okay so... I just wanted to say to readers and those that thought I was trying to preach last chapter that I'M NOT DOING THAT. I'm not trying to sway believers, or make Sawyers pack religious at all.

Sawyer goes to church with Kalani, because Kalani was just changed and should Sawyer need to handle the situation like she did at the party, she's there. Kalani isn't trying to make people believe in God, nor am I. That's not what's going on okay.

Kalani's faith isn't something she's trying to gather people to believe, I thought I got that point across. She has her faith and it's her own. That is who she is. Her parents aren't forcing her to believe something, she was changed and she's not like my other characters. Where Sawyer gets lost in her head, Kalani feels that her faith helps her deal. That's it. She's open-minded and just because she was changed, her experience is that, okay, sure I'm a werewolf but that doesn't mean I have to completely forego who I was and what I believe. NOR is she claiming to be perfect.

Chapter 22 - Starting New (Atticus POV)

"Daddy... daddy... daddy."

The softness below me tries to keep me deep under, but the knocking it's incessant, and groaning I roll onto my back. "Daddy you there?" a small voice ask, knocking still, giggle behind it. My eyes pop open, hearing the title that for the last week, Kate, Mya and I used when referring to me, but not my daughters.

Inhaling deeply, my heart beat races almost. That calm level beat is now erratic.

"Daddy?"

I hear it again and I cannot stay in the nothingness, I stretch opening my eyes, moving to sit up, I throw the comforter away from my body and crawl out of the bed, just taking a few steps to open the door.

"Daddy?"

Looking down, two sets of blue eyes gaze up at me, and Shiloh, her toothy smile is what makes me chuckle shaking my head and lifting the girls up, throwing them on my bed, and tossing myself in the middle. Shiloh looked so smug, here she was asking for a week if my room was in the house, and now here I was. "Your room," she said looking around, before turning her big blue eyes on me.

"Yes, my room," I laughed in agreement.

"How did you two get down here?" I ask Shiloh, but taking Felicity's tiny hand in mine. It was the only way to really get a reaction from Felicity I had realized, where Shiloh never had a 'dad,' Felicity had one and me coming around wasn't going to immediately get that title in her mind. Where Shiloh was verbally receptive, Felicity, the best way to include her, was physically pulling her into the conversation.

"Kate bring us," Felicity said softly, playing with my fingers, but avoiding my gaze. "I like that you came to visit daddy," I look around the room, everything was put away and I had just gone to sleep a few hours previously.

My clothes and books, have all been packed away, Kate had let me choose a bedding from the options that she overbought when everyone moved in and I was sitting around, worrying about Lynn. "Did you have breakfast?" I ask, when my own stomach growls loudly, even the girl's giggle.

"Me had our Sippy cup," Shiloh nods, bouncing to my right. Lounging, I turn the television on, resting back as Sunday morning cartoons play on the television attached to the wall. Placing the extra pillows on the bed, I pull the girls around me, still exhausted I rest back, and though they bounce around for a few moments, eventually, we're lulled back to sleep.

Waking up again, it's only forty minutes later, and I find Mya standing at the end of my bed, looking down at me and the girls, the look on her face completely unreadable. Offering her a tired smile, I glance to either side of me, and I know a dopey smile is on my face but I wanted this.
