Victoria

I got out my car and looked over towards the park where the kids were. I made my way over to them and once the kids saw me, Hannah ran over to me while Odell carried Sonny over. Hannah was almost 8 and Sonny was almost 1. My babies were growing up so fast. I hugged Hannah and kissed her cheek.

"Hey mommy." She said.

"Hey baby. I've missed you. How have you been?" I asked

"I'm good. But when are we coming back home?"

I sighed. "Hopefully soon." I smiled slightly.

Odell finally made it over to me. I grabbed Sonny from him and kissed his cheek.

"Hey little man. I missed you." I kissed his cheek.

We started to walk back towards the park and got some ice cream on the way back. Hannah went to play after eating and I pushed Sonny in the swing.

"Why so quiet?" I asked him.

"I don't have anything to say." He said quietly and shrugged.

"Are you still mad at me?"

"Victoria I don't want to talk about that right now." He shook his head.

"Well when are we going to talk about it? You can't keep avoiding the conversation."

"I'm not, it's just that I'm not in the mood." He said with attitude. He seemed annoyed. I wanted to kept quiet but I couldn't.

"You continue to say that your not mad at me but it seems like your lying. Every time I talk to you, it seems as if you have a attitude. Odell I'm trying! I've apologized a hundred times already. But you continue to act as if you hate me. You won't hug me or kiss me. No type of affection. I could understand your upset. Okay? I'm sorry!"I grabbed my purse off the table and left.

I got into my car and drove away. Tears started to form and I wiped my eyes. I looked at my phone and saw Maddie had texted me and Odell was calling me. I denied it and threw it in the backseat. All I wanted to do is be alone right now.

Maddie

"Have you heard from her?" Odell asked.

"No. I've been calling her. And remind me to slap you silly when I see you." I said.

He sighed. "I'm sorry but I didn't know she would run off like that."

"Well you were acting-(gco by Victoria walking in). I gotta go."

I looked at the time and it was 2 going on 3 in the morning.

"Victoria where were you?" I asked hugging her.

"I was at the beach." She said. She sat her keys and purse on the table and made her way up the stairs.

"I was worried about you. Didn't you see me calling?"

"Yes I did."

"And you didn't answer?"

"I'm sorry. I just needed some space and time alone Maddie." She said.

"Well next time just tell me where your going. I was worried sick."

"I will. Now please, can I get some sleep before work? I have about 5 hours to sleep."

"Yeah. Go up and get some rest." I said.

"Thanks." She said before walking to her room and closing the door.

My poor sister. I shook my head. I made my downstairs and shut off everything before making my way to the guest room.

Odell

After dropping the kids off, I made my way to the house. I wanted to talk to Victoria. I know I acted like an asshole yesterday and I wanted to apologize to her.

I got out my car and made my way to the door. I unlocked it and walked in, then I made my way upstairs. I walked into the room and heard her in the bathroom. I walked in and stood in the middle of the doorway. She looked up at me but quickly looked down and continued to do what she was doing.

"You didn't have work today?"

"I do. I'm running late." She said.

"Well I wanted to talk to you." I said.

"If it's about yesterday, it's fine. I don't blame you  for being upset at me." She shrugged and walked out the bathroom.

"No it's not fine. I was acting like an ass yesterday and I'm sorry. You didn't deserve that."

She crossed her arms and looked down."And I don't hate you. I love you."

"I love you too." She said smiling.

I walked over to her and wrapped my arms around her. I kissed her and she kissed me back, letting her towel drop to the floor. I laid her on the bed. It's been a while and I know she needed it as much as I did.

(Y'all don't be mad at me because I didn't write a scene. I'm not good with writing them. I try but I feel like every one I write is the same and that they're boring. Forgive me.😭😩)
