ACT 1 Scene 13

This scene is the longest so far because of the various poetry inserted. Poems read by Hime and Choco are two of my favourite poems I learned in the 7th grade ( I will attach pics of both below, for those of you will wish to read the entire poems). All other poems read are originally mine except Love's. For hers, I combined wordings of two beautifully written memes I once came across; though I made a slight change.

June 5, 2016

Everyone had gathered in one of the two living rooms, conversing. Within thirty minutes, poetry night would commence. From a panoramic view, they looked like one big ass family. The discussion had ranged from movies, songs, success, etc. now they were discussing relationships and dating.

Minho (shifting in his seat): Why are some people so big on the horoscopes when it comes to dating?

Choco: Though I'm not big on it, I do check a guy's horoscope before I date him. I mean, it's not like I don't date the guy if the horoscopes don't match.

Dawn (gesturing with her hands dramatically): And that's a mistake hun. All my life, I have dated only Aries guys; for some reason they are attracted to me and vice versa but it all didn't work out. I'm Cancer btw. The horoscopes told me that such relationships could be disastrous but I ignored it and see what happened. I'm single and will die single.

Kitty: There you go with your death talk again.

Rae: We all gonna die anyways.

Dawn: Exactly my point.

But that was not the point, there were things she just couldn't share with them.

Sunggyu: Checking the horoscopes and finding out your stars don't match, is like a recipe for disaster. The moment something goes wrong, you will call quits without even trying.  Saying to yourself, ''but the horoscopes said we weren't a match anyways."

Love: I don't care much about horoscopes; I date someone if I like them. I give my all and keep trying even if it all goes to dust until it's proven there's nothing to fight for.

Minhyuk swallowed hard on the knot that was forming in his throat; was that an indirect message?

Hime excused herself and was exiting when Sehun called out...

Sehun: Can you get me a glass of the bubble tea eomma made earlier today?

Hime(demanding): No please?

Sehun(reluctantly):Please.

If it had been something else, he would have just played it off but chocolate flavoured bubble tea was at stake here. His one true love.

Alice: I would also love a glass, please.

Hime stood with pursed lips as in less than a second she became a waitress, getting almost everyone's orders. Seriously, if she hadn't stood up to leave would they have even wanted these things? In as much as she wanted to say no to their faces, Hime was a closet sweetheart who couldn't refuse when people needed her help. Luckily for her, Mochi offered to help her get those things but Alice volunteered to go with her instead.

In the kitchen...

Alice: You can't seem to say no to people.
