ACT 1 SCENE 3

Wednesday June 1, 2016 

The ladies had returned from their morning jog; Choco had worked them out and they were all exhausted. Mochi, Rae and Hime had freshened up and were preparing breakfast when a concerned Alice walked into the kitchen.

Alice: Where are the rest of our luggage?

Mochi: It's supposed to be somewhere.

Alice: I have searched everywhere.

Rae (freaking out): Omo! I hope this is not a scam. Maybe we have been tricked. This could not even be the actual show and those thieves might have stolen our stuff.

Hime (nodding her head): Seriously?

Rae: Come to think of it, why were we asked to take only our overnight bags? This is the first edition of Let's Sail that the cast were separated from their luggage and weren't taken to a mansion. Do the math!

Hime (with a bit of sarcasm): Oh and our appearance on the Hyunmoo show was all part of the scam? Don't you think?

Rae: ...............huh?

Hime: uh huh...you do the math. I guess our luggage will get here soon enough so don't panic.

Alice: How soon is soon enough?  Because I need to get out of these sweaty clothes.

Mochi: Don't you have another outfit in your backpack?

Alice: I do but that's not the problem.

Hime: What is the problem then?

Alice (whispering to the others): I need my swimsuit.

Rae (getting excited): Is there a pool in the backyard? I knew this house was cool. I'm so checking that backyard once we are done with breakfast.

Alice (politely): Sorry to crush your hope but there's no pool.

Rae(confused): Then why do you need your swimsuit?

Alice (whispering): This house is infested with cameras and I don't trust the bathroom is any exception. I can't risk being naked on national tv not forgetting the internet also.

Hime and Rae both laughed out loud while Mochi only grinned.

Hime: That's your fear?

Mochi: Aww, sweetheart I don't think they will do such a thing. It has never happened before.

Alice (not convinced): There's always a first time. (in a dejected tone) I guess I will have to take a shower in my undershirt again.

Mochi: You took a shower in your undershirt last night?

Alice (walking out of the kitchen): Yep. Like I said, I'm not risking it.

Rae: What if she's right?

Hime: Aren't you an actress? You can pretend it's a shower scene.

Mochi (laughing): Guys let's hurry,  the others will all be down very soon.

Rae: Ne eomma.

Mochi: Eomma? Why eomma?

Rae: Since we got here, you have been the one taking charge. You busy yourself with cooking and try to make sure everyone is okay. So you are eomma.
