The sound of eating utensils filled the dining room as breakfast was in full swing. Everyone one was present except Dawn who was still fast asleep. Kitty didn't bother to wake her and made a mental note to take her breakfast to her. Hopefully she will be awake by then.

Mingyu and Hoodie were holding hands under the table and Mingyu kept whispering to her causing a periodic eruption of giggles from her all through. On the opposite side of the table, Kitty was watching them and analysing.

Kitty (to no one in particular): What's up with those two?

Sehun (who sat next to her): The beginning of a beautiful friendship I say.

Kitty: Friendship? Just how blind are you?

Mochi: A boy and girl doesn't have to be in a relationship to be close friends. I mean look at Sunggyu and I.

Kitty: Right. Wait until you fall in love; that is if you are not already in love with each other.

Brownie: I totally agree with eomma. A boy and a girl can be very close friends.

There's actually no hope whatsoever. I told Candy and she thought I was only being paranoid. Thank God she's present to hear for herself. Luhan thought as he passed a sad glance at Candy.

She has been bugging him to confess his feelings because she was positive, Brownie felt the same. Now just how can she agree with Mochi if she see him as someone more than a friend?

Mingyu reached for more pancakes but received a swat on his hand from Sunggyu.

Mingyu: Hyung?! Not the pancakes too.

Sunggyu has been restricting how much food he ate since breakfast started and it was becoming a concern to everyone present.

Candy (pleading): Sunggyu oppa, please let him eat whatever.

Sunggyu (sternly): He knows what he did.

Mingyu: But Hoodie is eating whatever she wants.

Sunggyu: Luckily for her. She's not my roommate, you are.

Minho (to Mingyu): What did you do?

Mingyu only shrugged and went back to trying to get more pancakes, this time Sunggyu slapped his hand even harder. Mingyu let out a piercing 'ah' while a laughing Hoodie ate her pancakes she had refused to share when he asked if he could have some of hers.

Sunggyu: If you want more food, you know what you have to do.

Mingyu: Fine! I will confess my crime. It's not worth losing these pancakes over anything.

His words earned him everyone's attention. Everyone but one person. His eyes were glued on Love instead; he was tired of pretending to be mad at her. He missed her so much and he couldn't help but feel jealous each time Kyungsoo, who was sitting next to Love, offer to dish for her of pour more juice. What's up with this entire gentleman act by the way?

Mingyu (scratching his head): How do I begin? (takes a deep breath) The power cut the other night was a prank.

Mochi, Brownie and Choco eyes widened. They were the most affected that night, since the three were afraid of the dark. Now, everyone understood why Sunggyu was punishing him.
