China Headcanons 1 - 50

1.) China keeps a secret collection of Grass Mud Horse plushies. He thinks it's the cutest/funniest thing ever since Hello Kitty and pandas

2.) China is one of the manliest characters. Especially when his hair is long.

3.) China wears clothes with ridiculously long sleeves and covers his neck because he doesn't want people to see his skin. Because he is the older nation, he has had the most battles and his body is covered with scars that resulted from each major war or battle.

4.) Though he didn't really take care of the Philippines as a young nation. China was still upset when Spain colonised her, and how he treated her.

5.) China can play the erhu. It's also his favourite instrument because it soothes whenever he feels horrible.

6.) Since their countries helped invent modern math, Egypt and China are both amazing at it and can solve most mathematical equations.

7.) Fem! China is extremely active on her feet because her feet used to be bound. As a nation, she constantly healed so the bones had to be constantly broken. It took her a long time to recover the full use of her feet after they stopped foot binding her.

8.) Panda press is his secret guilty pleasure.

9.) Russia and China are both extremely hard to sleep next to, China moves around and kicks like crazy, Russia often snores like a train. Yet they can still sleep with each other without a problem.

20.) He's lactose intolerant. Due to little milk in their diets, over 90% of Chinese adults cannot consume milk. It never used to bother him, but now it makes eating foreign food difficult.

21.) Japan and China are very good at holding their alcohol. The other three, not so much.

26.) After World War II, Yao took in and raised several children who had lost their parents in the chaos. It didn't matter if they came from an enemy nation or not; he just likes kids that much.

28.) When China was a child no nations were around to take care of him. That's why he holds onto his family like he does, because he doesn't want them to be lonely like he was.

30.) Sometime China will never be scared of is death. Even if he were to disappear like many nations and empties before him, he can't imagine himself being very afraid.

32.) Japan, China and South Korea are gluttons. Invite them over, and they'd clear your fridge if you kept offering meals. Then they'd leave as if they hadn't eaten at all.

35.) He's a Sailor Moon fanatic. He has a large collection of Sailor Moon merchandise and memorized her speech word for word.

Not only does China know almost all the Asian languages (especially Japanese, Korean, and Vietnamese), but he also knows Russian, Ukrainian, Belarusian, Indian, Mongolian, English, and a few European languages here and there. Learning languages is his hobby and his skill and he's damn good at it.

39.) China's incredible age has given him great wisdom that few share. One of these things is the ability to forgive others for horrible things... However, some countries he can never forgive.

43.) He can be ranked as one of the most vicious nations, right up there with Russia, Rome, Norway and Mongolia.

44.) Many of the nations have trouble understanding his ability to forgive.

48.) China was like a mother to Hong Kong. Growing up, Hong Kong was a silent child. He never really noticed China's love for him. When England took him, he started to miss China, more than he could describe.
