CHAPTER 11
"Charlie! Charlie! Wake up! Charlie!"
I could hear bits and pieces of Stiles' voice in my head. I'd had a really bizarre dream, a dream about Isaac and Stiles, to be exact. Why did I dream of both of them, well I'm not sure of that either.
It all started at this forest, a very familiar forest. I was running, away from something or towards something, I couldn't tell. The sun had set and I could feel the speedy wind in my hair and my feet hurt from being barefoot. I had a few cuts from the outstretched tree branches in my path.
I stopped at a small lake to give myself a break. It felt like I had been running forever.
I was surprised by my reflection in the clear water. I didn't look worn out, in fact I'd never seen my self look this good, so pure, almost divine.
I couldn't help but stare at myself, I'd never admired myself before.
My eyes suddenly caught an image which filled every bit of my insides with stark terror.
A pair of glowing red, blood thirsty eyes, staring at my reflection. There was no face behind it, or perhaps it was engulfed by the darkness.
I knew then, that I wasn't running for no reason, so I did what I had been doing all along. I started running.
I finally reached my destination, a secret house in the middle of the forest. It was a really nice house in creepy forest. What an odd sight.
Before I could knock on the door, I was welcomed with a long kiss from Isaac.
"Thank God, you're safe! I was ..." He stopped mid sentence and stared at me, with his crooked smile.
"What?" I said, my cheeks a shade of bright red.
"What did I do, to deserve you?"
And without warning he had carried me into the house and taken me to the master bedroom.
It was a low lit room and the floor was covered with red rose petals.
The big king sized bed had silk sheets and the candles filled the room with a vanilla scent. There were two glasses of champagne by the bed side table. The scene was utterly and beautifully romantic.
I swear I wanted to kill myself for what I said next.
"Where's Stiles?! " I asked abruptly, which instantly ruined the romantic ambience he had created.
"Why do you always bring him into these moments? Can't you get it? You're mine!"
He yelled, his voice really sharp and filled with rage.
Stiles, suddenly appeared in the scene.
"How dare you yell at her?" He tried to overpower Isaac.
"Charlie, now do you see why I'm the one for you?"
He removed the distance between us and just gave me a long hug. It felt so right. Me and Stiles. But I wanted Isaac. I wanted him too.
"Stiles ..."
He shut my mouth with a short but lingering kiss.
"I know what you want, but it's time to choose, or you'll lose both of us."
And with that he vanished and I was left in the room with an angered Isaac who looked more like a monster than a human.
Luckily, Stiles, woke me up from that mess of a dream.
I opened my eyes to see two big, brown ones, inches away from my face. They were so lovely.
"God, Charlie! You almost gave me a heart attack! Do you know how long I've been trying to wake you?" He was always so worried about me.
