"She's so cold."

Natsu furrowed his eyebrows, kneeling beside her. Growling at Gajeel, who growled back. The iron dragon king stood up, crossing his arms. Watching Natsu. The pinkette tilted Lucy's head up a bit.

"What's the matter?" Cobra inquired. Natsu shivered as he stared at the crook of Lucy's neck. It was almost like a bruise, but with scales. Several bite marks. A string of purple came from her vein to her jawline. She was in pure pain. She murmured:

"Stop. . Please. . It hurts!" She arched her back. Rogue bit his lips.

Dammit. He cussed in his mind. He pushed Natsu out the way. (Rogue: Move it, bish) "Lucy," He said to her. "Lucy, please. I know you're not joking or anything," He said louder. She kept on arching her back, seething in pain. "Lucy! Please!" He exclaimed. "N-Nothing's happening to you, right?!"

"Rogue." Gajeel bit his lips. "C'mon, we'll look in the library."

"No need for that," A beam of light appeared. The six dragons stared at it, vanishing. In it's place, a young lady stood there. Dressed in white. Her pale blonde hair wavered.

"M-Mavis V-Vermillion!?" The dragons said in unison.

"Greetings, dragon kings." She smiled.

"What are you doing here?!" Natsu exclaimed. Furrowing his eyebrows.

"Someone part of my family is in dire need of help."

"Then, what is your business here?" Laxus questioned. Crossing his arms. Rogue and the rest stayed by Lucy's side.

Mavis lifted her index finger, pointing to Lucy. "She's my niece."

"What?!" Sting exclaimed. Clearly not believing it.

"I'm her mother's sister. Except I was sent here as a banishment from 'Mard Geer'. An evil mage. I guess you could call Layla and I. . . are . . half sisters," Mavis put her finger on her chin. "No. Foster sisters! Right! My parents died. Layla and her parents were very kind to take me in. However, at the age of thirteen. When I was sent here. I'm not able to age," She smiled sadly. "But, now. Lucy is in grave danger."

"What happened to her?" Cobra inquired. His breath hitching by the minute.

"She will leave the dragon realm. Leave Earthland. Or in other words. . . she'll die." Mavis closed her eyes. All the dragons stood there agape.

"W-What?!" Gajeel shouted. "What was the cause of this?!"

"You were the cause of this." She gave a deadly glare to the six. "Because of your possessiveness towards the girl. You all bit her. Causing all the bite marks to fight with each other. Lucy's body ejected all those bite marks. Causing this. You six do know that the girl has to accept and willingly be bitten, don't you?" She narrowed her eyes at them.

"No." Rogue bit his lip.

"Despicable," Mavis sighed. "Well, you six caused this."

"Then. . . ," Cobra paused. "Can her death be stopped?"

"Yes, I have those powers to halt her death."

"Great! Then, please do it!" Laxus grinned. The others grinned as well.

"But first thing first--Will you do anything for her to stay alive?"

"Of course!" Natsu said.

"For her to be alive. It will help wipe our guilt and she'll be alive. . ," Gajeel trailed off.

"Someone we all love will be alive." Sting smiled a bit. The five nodding in agreement. Mavis sighed with satisfaction.

"Then, the only way for her death to be stopped is. . ," She paused. Causing a lot of tension in the room. Though, what they didn't know what Mavis will say, might bring them sadness. Mavis opened her mouth, causing the dragons to gulp. The following words kept echoing in their heads.

"She must be sent back to Earthland."
