Lucy's eyes fluttered open. Revealing her chocolate orbs. She groaned, getting up. She cupped her neck, feeling a bit more pain than before.
"Shit. . ," she muttered. "It seems Rogue's water source didn't do much. ." She looked around her. Still in the same spot as she was before she fell asleep. She looked for Rogue, but didn't find him. She shrugged it off, thinking that he had duties as well. She wanted to thank him. Not knowing what he did to her.
The platinum-blonde traveled through the deep forest. It was getting darker. She could see the rays of the sun, vanishing. The skies turned a pastel mix of pink, orange, purple, red, and a bit of blue. She gasped, suddenly. T-The sun!! T-There's actually sun! She smiled at the thought. But, then shook her head, remembering that she needs to try to escape from the dragons. Though, the wound was hurting her. She whimpered a bit.
"Somethin' the matter?" She stopped. She heard a familiar voice behind her. She positioned her foot forward, slightly. Getting ready to run. She took a deep breath and started to sprint. "You'll never escape us. You'll never escape me."
You think I don't already fuckin' know that already?! Lucy said, sprinting as fast as she can. She winced a bit from the pain coming from her neck. She made it to a river. She was about to cross over, by hopping on one rock to another.
"Tsk, tsk. You never really listen." The same voice said. Grabbing Lucy's hand before she was even able to jump. He pulled her close to him. He fell backwards. Then, rolled to the other side. Making him straddle over Lucy.
"Stay away." She hissed.
"Oh, Luce. I know you don't really mean that," He leaned on his arm. Looking deeply into her eyes. "Oh--your heart is beating quite fast. It only beats for me, doesn't it?" He smirked.
"Just get off of me," She gritted her teeth. Natsu chuckled, but soon faltered. When he spotted something on the crook of her neck. "I SAID GET OFF ME!" Lucy exclaimed. Using as much power she can to push Natsu off. It worked. He rolled to the other side, letting her free. "Bastard." She muttered, before starting to run again. She crossed the river and proceeded into the deep forest. She made sharp turns--here and there.
After some time. Her steps faltered. She sighed. She shuddered as she felt something wrap around her waist, and hold her wrist.
"I'm hungry, Luce," He said in a deep voice. Lucy can see Natsu smirking in the corner of her eye. He bit her earlobe. Making her bite her lips. "You can never escape me." The corner of his lips touched the crook of Lucy's neck.
Lucy tried to struggle free. But he overpowered her. She bit her lips. Shuddering from Natsu's touch.
"You've been bit two times," Natsu whispered into her ear.
"T-Two. . ?" Lucy said out loud. Breathing quite fast.
"Uhuh," Natsu said. "By Laxus and Rogue."
"R-Rogue?! B-But h-he. . !"
"You trusted him, did you not?" Natsu asked, quite irritated. Lucy kept quiet. "Well, then. Let this be a lesson to you. You shall never. And I mean never," Natsu licked the crook of her neck, making her moan a bit. He smirked. "trust anyone, but me." He stuck his fangs into her neck.
"Gah!" Lucy winced. Natsu sucked some blood. "S-Stop it! Please!" She her breathing hitched.
Natsu tore away, slightly. He licked the blood off. Lucy whimpered. She had tears at the corner of her eyes.
"Thanks for subduing my hunger," Natsu said to her. Kissing the bite mark. He let go off her. Lucy fell to her knees. Sobbing. "Remember, Luce. You're mine. Nobody else's." He said. Vanishing with the wind. Lucy sobbed from the pain and everything that has happened to her.
"W-Why. . Why me. . ." She muttered.
"Because I love you." A voice said. Watching her from the trees. The shadow watched Lucy get up and start walking away, stumbling from left to right.
