Chapter 20

*Mal's POV*

I feel myself falling and I shot my head up and start breathing hard, I must have dozed off. I sit up in my seat and look at the screen on the plane we have about 3 hours until we land. I was going to go on my phone but the pilot told us to turn them off because they mess with some crap on the plane. I use the bathroom then fall back asleep. I'm then woken up by Lauren, we've landed. We get our bags and get into the car so the council can take me home. I turn on my phone and see all the miss calls and text messages from everyone. I listen to Tobin's voicemail first.

"Hey we are all guessing that your doing something important but Julie is about the have the baby and she really needs you here."

"I need you guys to take me to the hospital!" I yell.

Jill is driving and she slams on the breaks when I yell.

"Did you really need to yell it?" She ask.

"Come on we can talk about that on the way I need to get to Julie." I say.

Jill turns around and she starts driving towards the hospital which is about 30 minuets from where we are now.

"Nervous?" Lauren ask.

"Hell yeah." I say.

"Don't worry, you'll be a great mom." Christie says.

"Yeah and we'll give you some time to spend with the baby." Abby says.

"Thanks you guys." I say.

"Hey I know we can we a little harsh at times but we look out for each other." Amy says.

"Has Arod gone soft?" Heather ask.

Amy glares and Heather which makes us all laugh. A few minuets later we pull up at the hospital and I rush inside to the front desk. When the lady sees me rushing towards her she has a scared look on her face.

"I need to know what room Julie is in." I say.

She gives me a weird look, I sigh remembering you check in with your other name.

"Jaya Kala Lila." I say.

She nods her head and looks at the computer. She gives me directions to the baby wing of the hospital and JJ's room number. I sprint down the hall until I find some of the girls waiting outside the door.

"How are you here right now?" Syd ask.

"When did you get here?" Crystal ask.

"Why didn't you tell us you were coming back early?" Morgan ask.

And more questions kept coming until we heard a loud pitched cry. I opened the door and saw Julie laying on the bed with our babygirl in her arms.

"Mal, your here." Julie says.

"I told you I would be." I say.

I walk over and pull JJ in for a kiss, I pull away and look at our daughter. She has bright blue eyes like Julie and light brown hair.

"What's her name?" The nurse ask.

"Amala Esha Kanti." Julie says.

I smile, it means pure desire and beauty but her other name is Amelia.

"Do you wanna hold her?" Julie ask.

I smile and nod my head with tears streaming down my face. I take Amelia out of Julie arms and smile down at her. She makes a little cooing noise and I kiss her forehead.

"Hey babygirl, I'm your other Mom." I whisper in her ear.

Julie smiles and I places Amelia back in her arms. I turn around and see Hope and Carli smiling at us. Hope pulls me into a hug and so does Carli. After a while we let the rest of the pack come into the room to see the baby. Julie and the baby were going to have to stay for a few days so most of the girls went back home. Tobin, Ash, Ali, Alex, Hope, and Carli stayed. My mom left to go get my dad and brother so they could come see the baby. Everyone left the room so Julie and I could talk.

"I'm sorry I wasn't here." I say.

"Its not your fault, your here now. Also why didn't you telling anyone you were coming home early?" She ask.

"Well I didn't know I was going to be back earlier but that's a story for another time. Also when we got on the plane we had to turn our phones and things off so I didn't get any of the hundred messages or calls you all sent me until I got off the plane. It was like a 20 hours flight so I had to wait awhile." I say.

Amelia starts crying and Julie tries to calm her down but its not working.

"Babe maybe she's hungry." I say.

Julie nods her head and then unbuttons her shirt so the baby can latch on. When she's done eating she goes right to sleep.

"She reminds me of you, the both of you want to eat then pass out for a few hours." Julie says.

I smile and nod my head.

"I need to go to the bathroom." Julie says.

I get out of my chair and take the baby from Julie. I put the baby in the crib so I can help Julie to the bathroom. She has an IV in her arm so we have to take the machine thingy into the bathroom with her.

"I can do it by myself go spend sometime with Amelia." Julie says.

I smile and then walk out of the bathroom to find Amelia just how I left her in her crib. I pick her up and she groans a little bit but stays asleep. I go and sit in the chair and look down at my daughter.

"Hey I promise to protect you and your mommy from everything. I will never let anyone hurt either of you. Your my family and I love the both of you very much. We are going to be able to bring you home soon and your going to have so many aunties. They are going to protect you too, sometimes they can be really crazy but you'll learn to love them." I whisper into her ear.

Smile smiles and I place her on my chest. One of the nurses brought me a cot so I didn't have to sleep in a chair. Julie came out of the bathroom and laid back on the bed.

"Babe you don't have to sleep on that cot, we can put the baby in the crib and your going to come lay with me." Julie says.

She moves over and lays on her side and I climb in behind her. I wrap my arms around her waist and kiss the back of Julie's neck.

"I love you." I say.

"I love you too." Julie says.

I hear Amelia groan and we both laugh.

"We love you too babygirl." I say.

Julie laughs and we both go to sleep.
