Chapter 26

*Hope's POV*

"How in the hell are we suppose to find Amelia's birth father?" Carli ask.

"I know where he is." I say.

"How?" Tobin ask.

"Remember when Mal went off?" I ask.

"Yeah." Everyone says.

"She went to a house and was looking at the kids in the backyard. I'm pretty sure she sensed him and followed it there." I say.

"So let's go." Ash says.

"Wait, I need some of you to stay here." I say.

"Hope no." Crystal says.

"Yes, if anything else happens I want her family to be here." I say.

"Diane, stay with your daughter and the Omegas we'll be back soon." I say.

So Ash, Tobin, Carli, Christen, Kelley, Meghan, and I went off to find Amelia's birth father. It took awhile but we got to the cliff that Mal was sitting on overlooking the backyard of the house. We climbed down the side of the cliff and I rung the doorbell. A woman about the size of Meghan came to the door. She had brown hair and these soft green eyes.

"How can I help you?" She ask.

"Hi I'm looking for a guy and I have been told that he might live here." I say.

"Um the only guy that lives here is my husband." She says.

"Well if you don't mind could we talk to him?" I ask.

"Um sure, just give me a second." She says.

She leaves the door open but walks away and then a guy comes to the door with the woman at his side.

"Honey, these are the people I was telling you about." She says.

"Sara go back inside." He says.

"Dave, what's going on?" Sara ask.

"Mommy!" Someone yells.

A little boy and little girl appear in the doorway. Sara turns around and leads them somewhere else in the house.

"I know how you are, what do you want?" Dave ask.

"We need you to come with us." I say.

"For what?" He ask.

"You'll find out when we get there." I say.

"Hold on what makes you think that I will just go with you guys?" He ask.

"If you don't come I will go in there and let your wife and kids know what you did when you weren't with them." Ash says.

"No, don't do that. I'll come with you guys." Dave says.

He calls Sara and she comes back with the kids.

"Hey I have to go for a while but I'll be back soon." Dave says.

"Is everything okay?" Sara ask.

"Yeah everything it fine." Dave says.

"Daddy where are you going?" The little girl ask.

"I have to go for a while but I'll be back. But until I get back you and your brother need to be good for your mom okay?" Dave ask.

"Okay." The both say.

They each give Dave a hug and a kiss and we start walking back. As soon as their house is out of sight we take off running. We finally get back to the facility and bring Dave to Kano.
