Lost & Found

Chapter 24

*Hope's POV*

We were all sitting in the living room watching TV when Julie started yelling out.

"What's wrong?" Carli ask.

"Its Mal, somethings not right." Julie says.

We laid her down on the couch and Ali put her hands on Julie's forehead and chest.

"Its poison." Ali says.

"Well why the hell would they be poisoning Mal?" Tobin ask.

This went on for a while but then Julie felt better. Ali put her hand back on Julie

"It's gone." Ali says.

"So is that a good or bad thing?" Carli ask.

"I don't know yet." Ali says.

Julie was fine but we were all still on edge on what had just happened. Next thing we know, she passes out.

"I can't wake her up, somethings wrong!" Ali says.

I look over at Amelia and she's asleep too. I take her out of Kelley's arms and try to wake her up but its not working.

"What the hell is happening?" Alex ask.

I hear a noise and look up and see Jill standing there.

"What the hell is going on?" I ask.

"I'll explain when we get there but all of you must come now." She says.

I keep Amelia in my arms and Ash and Tobin get JJ. They somehow manage to run and carry her at the same time. We all follow Jill for a while back to a building. We walk in and are taken to the hospital wing.

"Kano they were effected too." Jill says.

"Place them here now." Kano says.

Ash and Tobin lay Julie on the table and I put Amelia on the cot.

"What's happening?" Ali ask.

Kano looks up when she hears Ali's voice and she takes a deep breath.

"They poisoned her." Kano says.

"Why?" I yell.

"It was apart of her training." Abby says.

"So what went wrong?" Tobin ask.

"We don't know." Shannon says.

"She passed the test, she was on her way to Kano so she could check and make sure everything went right." Heather says.

"Why did Julie and Amelia pass out then?" Moe ask.

"We didn't realize the extent of their connection." Lori says.

"What do you mean you didn't realize?" Ash yells.

"Ash." Ali says.

"No, when ever you take Mal to do whatever the hell you do with her Julie is in pain. From day one of this training she's been in pain and your just noticing this now?" Ash yells.

Everyone stays quite for a while.

"I can try to drain it from their system." Kano says.

"Okay so do it." Kling says.

"I need help." Kano says.

She looks up at Ali who just nods her head.

"I need everyone to leave, I'll call you when we are done." Kano says.

We all leave the room and go sit in a conference room. They don't have a waiting room because it isn't a real hospital. We just sit here and wait, hoping they'll all be alright.
