14 : The Silver Gun

All of us were staring at the motionless body of Zayn hanging upside down from the chandelier. There was blood dripping from the cloth that covered his mouth down near us.

"How do we get him down?" I asked.

"Is he alive?" Louis asked.

"Yea he is. He's about eight feet above us. There's nothing I can use to climb." I said, scanning the room we were in. It was just some empty corridor, with more doors on the other side of it. It was dark and cold in there.

"Oh you're here for your friend?" A voice came out from the distance. Me, Lisa, Liam, mom and Mrs. Payne immediately formed a circle shielding Harry, Niall and Louis.

"Who are you?" I asked immediately, looking around.

"Don't you recognize my voice Miss Lucado?" The voice said, as it drew closer to us. We saw a figure of a man walking towards us, a couple of feet away from us. As the figure came closer to us, the little bit of light in the room revealed him.

"Argy?" I asked.

"Yes, now you remember." He said, as I stared into his huge, bulged out eyes. "What, did you expect my mom?"

"We knew it was definitely one of you both." Liam said.

"What have you done to Zayn?" Lisa asked.

"Oh, him? See for yourself." He said, jumping up onto the chandelier, bit the rope that tied him to the chandelier, and Zayn came crashing down, hitting the floor on his back. The crash echoed along the empty walls of the corridor. He yelled out in pain instantly.

All of us rushed to him, trying to open the cloth that covered his eyes. That's when Argy raged at me, pulling me away from the scene. I caught him by his neck, and threw him up to the chandelier. Seconds later, he came crashing down with the broken chandelier.

He got up immediately. Liam and Lisa came along behind me. Mom and the others were helping out Zayn. As Argy was wrestling with Liam on the floor, me and Lisa noticed something coming in our opposite direction.

"Uh oh, we've got company." She said, pointing at three vampires walking towards us.

"Miss me?" A male vampire asked Lisa.

"Never! " She yelled, and ran towards him, flinging him six feet in the air. I was fighting the other two male vampires.

"A little help here?" I yelled out. Mom and Mrs. Payne came running. I saw Louis and the other helping Zayn sit up. Mom pulled out one of the vampires, who was choking me from behind, and threw him a couple of feet away.

Mrs. Payne was really badass. Like, really. She was just out there, flinging them up a couple of feet into the air, grabbing whatever she got, and started beating them up so bad. She pulled out this plank of wood from the broken wooden floor, and started beating them so bad. But they're vampires; what harm will wooden planks do?

"Mom, toss them here." I heard Liam say. He happened to throw Argy down the stairs, and held onto the vampire Mrs. Payne threw at him. Yea, she actually threw him.

Argy came running up immediately and raged at mom. Mom was fighting him like a pro. I've never seen her fight like this. Argy somehow got control over mom. He seized her hands, grabbed her by her hair, and threw her down the stairs.

"Mom! " I asked, while I was still fighting a vampire who almost bit me. I punched him hard on the face, which almost knocked him off the ground. I don't know why he was so much into biting me. He reached for the back of my neck. That's when I did something crude.
