"So, it's not as far as I expected." Liam mom said, as she was driving us back home. "It won't be easy getting there."
"Are we supposed to expect any surprise attacks on the way? " Harry asked.
"Yea, exactly." She said. "Besides, it is a town of the most famous witches and wizards. You'd probably have a lot of encounters on the way."
"Like?" I asked.
"That place is not as peaceful as you think. There'll be at least two deaths in a day in that town. I don't know why, but that's how things are there. It's not safe to mess around with wizards. One spell from their mouth is enough to kill us." She briefed.
"Did you have any experiences, I mean encounters with any wizards before? If yes, how is it?" Niall asked.
"I haven't, but one thing I'll say. Never mess with them." She said. "Lisa, your dad would probably have some wizard friends. I remember him telling me about some wizard who helped him out when those blood stains in your campus never went. Remember those bloody messages SHE left around ?"
"Yea." Lisa said. "Guys, I forgot to tell you. Classes start in two days."
"Your books are in your cupboard already, did you see?" Niall said to me. "Your mom told me to leave it there the day we went to collect our result."
"I haven't gone near it." I said. "I wonder how Abel's doing."
"Oh he's fine. He's friends with Louis. He's really close to him." Liam's mom turned and said, as we stopped at a signal. "We'll be there in a minute or so."
"Did mom call?" I asked Niall.
"Nope." He said. "Not even a text message. I'll try calling her."
"Chillax Audrey, we actually went out trying to track her. We found traces of her deep in the woods near your grandma's place." Liam's mom said.
"What's she doing there?" I asked.
"No, she didn't go to her place. I said we just found traces of her scent there in the woods." She said.
"Switched off." Niall said, putting his phone back into his jacket's pocket. I leaned onto his shoulder, and started rubbing by forehead slowly which was burning like hell now.
"Has the burning come down?" Harry asked.
"No, it's only getting worse." I said, rubbing my forehead.
"I wish I knew the secret to that medicine your grandma makes." Lisa said. "It's like a secret potion kept secretly only within your family. It's super effective. Works on almost any wound. Why don't they manufacture it?"
"How do you know about this medicine?" I asked.
"Didn't I tell you that she's taken a Ph.d in the history of your family?" Niall said, giggling.
"Audrey, I'll drop Abel off immediately after I drop you and Niall at your place. Audrey?" Liam moms asked, turning around.
"Yea, I was just thinking about him." I said.
***
"Still no sign of her." Niall said, standing outside the wide open front door. Abel was sitting on a chair beside Niall.
"I'm starting to get worried now Niall." I said, almost crying.
"Hey, she'll be fine. She's probably on her way back now." He said.
