The Moonsong

Chapter XXVII

Before we fight with the Lord of the Darkness,we visited for last time lady Oulma.I helped her while she was bringing her baby to the world.Lucen and lady Oulma had a baby boy.They gave to the baby the name:Thorn.We said goodbye and we were going to the Dark Castle.

We were on the way to the Dark Castle.But firstly,we should come across a bridge,which was ready to fall.At this place,the moon was purple so as the Aposperitus.
On the abysse,you could hear the sound of the dragons and the demons.
"Let's go..."I said,but inside me,I hesitated.
Before we took a step forward,we had heard a familiar voice behind us.
"Wait!"
It was lord Sage.Laksmi stayed still with the mouth open.
"Sage?What are you doing here?"Stefanos asked.
Lord Sage put his hand around Laksmi's waist.
"I couldn't leave you alone at the final battle"he said and gave a kiss on Laksmi's hair.
Laksmi smiled from love.
"Nice to meet you again,Sage"Ian said.
Sage nodded.
"Guys!Come on!"I said being in a hurry.This nightmare should end quickly.
We were crossing the bridge.
But dragons and demons were attacking to us and they were trying to broke down the bridge.
I was throwing at them arrows.
Sage was using his sword.I was wondering if he managed to break his course.
Anyway,the others were using waterbending.
We killed the last dragon.
The bridge would fall.
We ran fast and we managed to go on the other side.
Everybody except Stefanos.
"No..."Ian murmured.
From the depths of the abyss,we heard a yelling.It was Stefanos up to the back of a dragon.
"Wheee!Yeah!That's it,bae!"he said.And the dragon threw him to us with his tail.
When Stefanos stood up,he said to the dragon:"This is not cool,man!"
We were looking at him ready to kill him.
"What?"he asked with a huge smile on his face.
His smile was erased when he saw something that we didn't see.
We turned around and we saw an army ready to attack to us.
There were all the kinds of demons:devils,werewolves,vampires,monsters and other creatures.
While we were fighting them,lord Sage approached me and told me:
"Meredith!Go to the top of the castle.There is a copy of the moom,which is the heart of the Lord of the Darkness.Destroy it!Quick!Before the Lord catches you!"
I made a huge jump by waterbending and I was inside the castle.
I climbed to the tower where it was the moon.
I arrived at the top and I saw the moon.I was ready to destroy it.
Till...
"What do you think that you are doing,Lightened?"
It was the Lord of the Darkness!
I couldn't see his face,because he was wearing a hood.I could see only his red eyes,full of death.

They managed to kill even the last one.
They went inside the castle.
They saw the Lightened with the Lord of the Darkness.
"We have to help,Marylin!"Stefanos said.
"No,Stefanos!Killing the Lord is her job"lord Sage warned.
They heard other soldiers coming to them.
"We have to vanish some parasites!"lord Sage said and attacked with his sword.

"It is over,Lord of the Darkness"I said to him.
The Lord of the Darkness laughed out loud.Such an evil laugh!
"Oh little girl,you are foolish!"he said and threw at me fireball.
I destroyed it with water.
I threw at him ice.
He fell down.
I put out my sword and he stood up,creating a sword made of fire.
By the way,I saw his face.It was like a skeleton.
He was fighting me with fury.I was afraid.I couldn't use self-defence.
He scratched my face with his sword.Blood was dropping from my cheek.I attacked again.I failed he was powerful.
He threw at me another fireball,but more giantic.I jumped by waterbending and I was found on the other roof of the castle.
The Lord of the Darkness jumped to the air and he was ready to kill me putting the sword to my heart.
I protected myself by bending ice making a shield.
The Lord of the Darkness got mad.He was ready to attack.
Then,my eyes shone and I was bending the four kinds of water at the same time.
The Lord of the Darkness seemed to be afraid.
I created waves from the four kinds of water in order to terminate him.

Laksmi was fighting with her two swords against two soldiers.
Of course,she won,because she was kicking them.
Lord Sage was  stronger too.
He managed to cut the heads from five werewolf-soldiers.
He fought against some vampires.
"Betrayer!"one vampire said.
Sage put out a stick and he threw it at vampire's chest.
Stefanos and Ian were cooperating and they were saving each other from the death.
When Ian killed a devil,he looked up.He was watching his beloved to fight.
And apparently,she was winning.

The Lord of the Darkness had lost his powers.
He was trying to avoid me while I was trying to kill him.
I created  a sword made by the four kinds of water and I was ready to kill him.
He raised his hand to the sky.
And from the sky,a spark came down and he hit me with it.
And I fell on the ground injured,almost unconcious and ready to die.
My friends were shocked when they saw that.
The only thing I could do was hearing the maniac laugh of the Lord of the Darkness.
