The Moonsong

Chapter XXVIII

The Lord of the Darkness kept on laughing at me.
"This is your end,Lightened!"he said.
While he was creating another fireball,I managed to see where I was.And I was next to the copy of the moon.That I have to destroy it.
The Lord of the Darkness was ready to kill me.
I couldn't move.

"Come on,Meredith!"Laksmi said,still hoping.
Ian was looking worried.
So as Stefanos and lord Sage.

The fireball was going right to me.But I stood up and touched the moon.
The Lord of the Darkness screamed.
When I touched it,all around me there were clouds.A lightening came out from the copy of the moon and went to the real moon and the Aposperitus.
The moon put out a light which started to be spread to tge whole sky.Devils,werewolves,vampires and other dark creatures were being burned.As for the Lord of the Darkness,his skin melted like a candle.
The sky started to become light-blue.

Lord Sage fell on knees and he was hardly breathing.
Laksmi went by his side to help him.
"Sage?What is going on?"Laksmi asked.
Lord Sage was looking at her with an eye of sadness.
He touched her cheek.
"Oh,my dear Laksmi...I didn't manage to break the curse"he said.
Laksmi was shocked.
She bursted in tears.
As for Ian and Stefanos,they stayed still and ready to mourn for a loss of...someone.
"No...no, you will live!Do you hear me?You will live!"she yelled while the tears were dropping.
"Laksmi!There is no much time left.I just wanted to say that I love you.And I will love you even after the death!"he said.
"I love you"she whispered and kissed him.
"I love you too"he said.
And they kissed for one last time.

The sky started to shine.
The light finally came to our world.
The Dark Dimension was ruined.
Lord Sage's body was burned.So as to the other vampires's.

The humans were happy.They saw the light again.
It was the first time that we saw the sun.The forest were floral.The whole place was happy.
I went to visit my friends and I saw Laksmi in tears holding the clothes of Lord Sage.His body was dust.
We burried him to the Tower of the Three Moons,where Johnahth was also burried here.
And we went to the town.
Lucin ran to Stefanos and kissed him with passion.
We met lady Oulma,Lucen and their baby.
I saw the smile of the people.
I had released them from the eternal dark.
While I was enjoying to see people happy,Ian approached me.
"Great job,Lightened!"he exclaimed.I laughed.
"It seems like a dream!"I said.
Ian pulled me from the waist and took me close to him.
"What about us?"he asked with a smile.
"Us?Well...I would love to be..."I hardly said.I just wanted to say that I really wanted to be with him.Ian made me stop by kissing me.The whole crowds were clapping.
"I love you,Meredith"he said.
"I love you too"I said.
Suddenly,we saw Johnahth's figure.People couldn't see it.
He was smiling.
"Take care of her"he said.
Ian nodded.And Johnahth was leaving.While he was leaving,his figure disappeared.
