I woke up feeling warm early the next morning, the morning sun just barely streaming through the curtains making huge shadows around the living room. The tv was fuzzy and it was just static, I yawned.

I laid my head back down before realising where I was: in Max and Ross' apartment, on their couch. I rubbed my eyes and looked around, realising I was laying on Max. My eyes grew wide with fear and excitement, my breathing stopped and I covered my mouth.

My mind raced, Max was still asleep, his head hanging back and his mouth wide open, snoring quietly, his arm draped around me. I smiled and put my head back on his chest and snuggled into his grip, closing my eyes and drifting back into a warm sleep.

"R/N, R/N?" A voice echoed softly in my ears, slowly waking me from my sleep. I blinked open my eyes, a yawn escaping me as I got my bearings and sat up.

"What? What? I'm awake... I'm awake..." I yawned, stretching my aching muscles.

"We fell asleep during GhostBusters." Max said, sitting next to me shivering slightly, switching off the tv with the remote. I smiled and breathed out a laugh, rubbing my hands through my hair.

"I like sleeping more anyway." I retorted. Now was Max's time to laugh and he stood up shaking, dropping back on the couch.

"Ah shit my head. Ugh I feel like shit." Max sighed, struggling to stand. I ran and put my arm around him and helped him steady.

"You are such a lightweight!" I laughed. Max gave me an annoyed, confused look. "You didn't even drink last night and you're hungover!" I bellowed, my laugh radiating, infecting Max as he began laughing too.

"I might be coming down with something to be honest..." Max yawned, holding his head, pain streaking across his face. I felt bad for my previous joke and he began trying to walk, stumbling away. I grabbed him again.

"Stop trying so hard. Lemme help you!" I said angrily, holding him steady. He smiled, turning to me and pushing me lightly.

"I'm going to bed!" Max said, tripping towards his room, grabbing the walls and tables to keep balance. I sigh and catch up to him, putting his arm around my shoulders and leading him down the hall.

"Which room is yours?" I asked, a slight annoyed tone echoing from my voice.

"Are you just trying to get me in bed?" Max jokes. I rolled my eyes and kicked open a door. It was the bathroom and I sighed loudly, turning and awkwardly shuffling Max further down the hall.

"Don't flatter yourself." I retorted, keeping the same tone as before.

"You know you can't resist this!" Max laughed, breaking away and strutting, nearly collapsing. "Ah my head!" He sighed.

"Idiot..." I chuckled. Max smiled at me and I led him towards another door.

"That's Ross' room." Max pointed out.

"That's nice." I said sarcastically, turning around and heading towards another door.

"Oh okay." Max said sounding a bit annoyed. He pushed open a door and tumbled in, falling to the floor. "Ah shit!" He grunted through gritted teeth. A laugh escaped me with a hard breath and Max pulled himself up against the edge of his bed, frowning at me.

"Aw you're not upset at me, now are you?" I wiped a forming tear away and shook my head, rolling my eyes while Max crossed his arms and looked at his feet angrily.

"Bully!" Max uttered under his breath, looking to the right as I stepped in to the room, falling to my knees in front of his and offering to help him up. He screwed up his face more and crossed his arms harder.

"C'mon..." I grabbed his hands and pulled them towards me. Max attempted to pull away but I resisted, making him give up. I smiled and leaned forward, kissing him on the cheek. "Cheer up!" I smiled widely.

Max's eyes grew wide and his frown slowly depleted, his arms uncrossing as he turned his head towards me slowly. He gave me a weak smile and he bit his lip, looking at me lovingly. I rolled my eyes and pulled him to his feet, his eyes not leaving my face.

Max stood in front of me and gave me a small smile before pulling me on to him, turning us around. "Bully..." he mouthed before his lips met mine. We kissed, the kiss rough and sloppy. I breathed in shock and his lips grazed against mine, a small force behind it. Max pushed his lips against mine with a bit more force and I let my lips part, Max's tongue darting into my mouth.

We kissed passionately in Max's bedroom, the sun barely shinning through the slit in the curtains while I was lowered into a sitting position on Max's bed, Max still standing in front of me not breaking the kiss. His tongue was coarse as it scrapped mine, not much of a struggle was put up against him. His breath tasted of coffee and I pulled him closer, my arms wrapped around his shoulders.

"Max..." I moaned lightly, the kiss breaking as Max lied me down on his bed, kissing down my jaw line and my neck. I felt his beard scraping along my neck, the feeling making my eyes roll back into my head.

"R/N..." Max moaned himself, bringing our lips together again. I let my hands explore his body, feeling the shirt from yesterday, slowly undoing each button. Max's eyes were closed as he kissed me passionately, putting himself on top of me more.

The silk shirt was like quicksilver as I undid the last two buttons, pushing it off of him, revealing his body. "Wait..." Max said in nearly a whisper, the kiss breaking as he looked down at my hands, following their movements. I barely heard him and felt my hands rubbing his body. His Orange chest hair like little daggers against my tender hands, I slid my finger down to his belly button and back up to his chest hair, rubbing my thumbs over his nipples.

Max let out a small moan and his eyes closed, hanging his head as he slowly pulled up and away. "Max?" I asked solemnly. Max stood up, his eyes on the floor as he did so. I slowly sat myself up and watched Max reluctantly do up every button.

"Sorry, I..." Max sighed, rubbing his hand through his hair.

"C'mere." I said, reaching for his hand and pulling him down beside me.

"Sorry I just don't think... I'm not ready..." Max sighed, rubbing his hands through his hair. I sighed and smiled and pulled him into a small hug.

"Don't apologise, Maxie. You're ready when you're ready, don't ever think you need to do something because of me. I want you to be happy." I whispered into his ear, stroking his Orange curls.

Max smiled and pulled away, sitting up. "You're amazing, ya know that?"

"Oh I do try." I retorted. Max hugged me warmly.

"Let's just go back to sleep for now." Max whispered, breaking the hug and pulling himself up onto his bed, leaning on his pillows. I dragged myself up towards him and laid my head onto his shoulder, his arms wrapping around me as I snuggled into his warmth, letting his sweet scent engulf me.

"Goodnight R/N." Max whispered, stroking my hair and resting his head onto mine, both slowly drifting into a warm sleep.
