Anna's POV

I starred at the man in front of me in shock, he didn't look old enough to be a grandfather.

Paul chuckled, "Yes, your grandmother was pregnant when we got married, on my way to the ceremony I was hit by the limo."

"You still hate me and mother? You still hate your own daughter and granddaughter? Even your wife?"

"I married your grandmother because she was carrying my child. End of story, I didn't find out what she was until after she was knocked up." he growled. "I know what you people are. You are liars and desevers. Keeping secrets from everyone. I'm surprised your little boyfriend knows."

Harry glared at him, well his direction. "Not to be rude sir" Harry seethed, "But why have you not moved on?"

"Oh the boy speaks!" Paul laughed, "I have not left because I do not want to. I have never been a believer in God. If I were to cross over I would be sent to hell."

"I'm sure you wouldn't-"

"I did things in my life even you would find revolting." he said, looking at me. "You have never read your family history have you Arianna King?"

"I know my father's side."

"Seems fit your mother wouldn't show you." he glared, "I don't think God particularly wants someone with a record to be sitting up in the high heavens now would he? I'm surprised little miss whore didn't get sent straight to the fire!" he laughed at Cass.

Cass stood up, "Listen here Paul, all we want are answers. Do you or do you not know who killed Kendra King?"

"I do."

"Who?" I asked.

"Two men, they have similar feelings to my own. They hate Seers. They want to rise an army of sorts, both ghost and human against the Seers. They thought your mother would be able to help them connect to the under world. She refused, they made her part of it. And you listen to me girly, if you aren't careful, you're next."

-

"Well that went well." I said sarcastically as we drive home.

"My question is how could I hear him?"

Cass looked back from the drivers seat. "The room is enchanted."

"Like magic?" Harry frowned.

"No, ghosts don't do magic Paul knows powerful ghosts, ones who are given exceptional gifts from God. They are sent to keep and eye on the ghosts of earth. Paul must have gotten one of them to enchant the room so that humans can hear whoever is in there. Paul must have dealings with the Satire." Cass expolained.

"The Satire?"

"They are a group of humans who were once ghosts and are given the right to become human again. Not all of us joing them but some do. They rely information from the human world to the ghosts. They live a life of hiding and secret, like the CIA for ghosts."

"Were you asked?" I asked.

"Yes. But I said no, I didn't come back to help sleeze bags like Paul know stuff about Seers." she sneered.

"Yeah what is with him?" I asked.

"He is a terrible ghost. He was my boss when I bartended at the bar on weekends. He always had ghosts coming in and out of his office. He hates Seers. Probably because he was lied to by one."

"My grandmother-"

"It is nothing against your grandmother. He is just a stubborn asshole who thinks that something that happened fifty years ago should still be relevant. He has a record of all the Seers in the world."
