Chapter 1

It started off as a normal day. Wake up, go to school.

It was raining outside so I picked my outfit.

I decided to wear my "city of angels" shirt, my black leather jacket, light skinny jeans, and my black ugg boots.

Once I was done picking my outfit I got in the shower.

I didn't realise I was taking so long, my dad send me a mind link.

'Where are you Bri you have 20 minutes till school starts?!'

'I am in the shower I am almost done!'

'Ok hurry up!'

Once he was done talking to me, I got out of the shower and put my outfit on.

Once I was done with that, I did my makeup.

My makeup routine isn't that much. I put on a little foundation, some mascara, eyeliner and a little but of eye shadow.

Once I was done with that, I want down to the kitchen to get an apple.

Once I was in the kitchen I saw a note from dad.

What's new ! He does this every time!!

I grabbed the note, got an apple and headed out the door.

I was walking to school while reading the note and eating my apple.

"Bri,

I will be home late tonight. Remember you have Cross country practice at 4 to 6 and remember to tell your coach you won't be there on Friday because that's the day you will find your mate!
