Jillian grew up in Los Angeles. She has two older sister's, Lillian (19) and Milli (21), as well as two younger siblings, Alison (12) and Joseph (8). Her parents George and Mary both followed the career in law. Jill's mom is a pixie and her father a fairy. All 4 daughters are pixies and the son is a fairy. They grew up moving a lot because job relocation and Jillian never kept friends long enough to have real relationships. She got really close with her oldest sister Milli as kids. They're mom kept saying Jill was the younger version of Milli. Milli and Jill were exactly the same. If Milli was doing something you can bet that Jillian was doing the same.

Jillian's family is originally from Jacksonville Florida, they moved all over the place. Texas, Virginia, New York City, California, Las Vegas, Michigan, North Carolina, and South Carolina. For the most part, Jillian was a selective mute growing up and she didn't really talk to very many people. She would talk to Milli because Milli understood her but no one else. By the time Jillian was 10, they couldn't shut her up. She had a lot to say after her 8 years of silence but she never had anything important to say. She would talk about the world from a different perspective. She learned she loved to talk. Her mom loved to tease the little fiery girl. She was shorter than the others in her family. Her mom said that she'd caught up soon. She never did through. Jill become known for her happy and silly nature. She was for one her own person. After living her whole life under the shadow of her older two sister, she felt like the world was her own. Alison was born when she was 3 and so she doesn't remember not having a little sister.

Jillian has Dysgraphia, which is a learning disability that affects the writing and fine motor skills. She hated it. She felt like she couldn't understand anything and it bothered her that she couldn't write properly and that she couldn't do anything right and that just bothered Jillian. She wanted to be better than her sisters, better, different, smarter, she just wanted to be more. Everyone, all of her siblings had something. Milli was smart, Lilli was athletic, Ali was funny and popular, Joey was like some type of perfect combination of all 3 of them. It made Jillian sad because she was different. Jill wanted nothing more than to feel the same. She wanted to have everything she could but couldn't work as hard as others. Even with her photographic memory she couldn't communicate with writing and didn't have fine motor skills. Her parents tried everything and by the time Jill was 13, she had major depression which was caused by the lack of ability. Milli was the other one who supported her when she went crazy, she cut off her hair and basically lost it. She got better with Milli's help.

Milli was in a car accident when Jillian was 14. Milli was going home from work one night, it was in the winter and the road was icy. They were living in Michigan at the time and so it got icy. She was driving through an intersection, she had the right of way, and was T-boned on the driver's side by a large transport truck that didn't stop on time. She was taken to hospital where she died due to injury. Jill was heart broken. The one person who she felt was there whenever she needed a friend, was gone. All of a sudden she was alone and forgotten. She had a great relationship with her family and loved them very much but she felt like after Milli died nothing was the same.

Jill came to the the school about 6 months ago. She was sitting on a bus bench ready to go anywhere but where she was. She just wanted to get out, to go and do stuff. That's when Headmaster Thorne found her. Jillian was always told that she was a pixie and so she was ashamed of her markings. Tara came to her and told her about the chance to be in an expecting place where she belonged and where she would be loved. She would have support from people her age and from her markings group, her race. The thing with Tara is, she watches and plays to what they want. Jillian wanted to feel Milli's love and acceptance for all things again. She wanted the love and determination that Milli had. Tara promised she would never have to be on the run again, that's all she wanted, was a place where she could be free to be herself and free to be with Milli.

She missed Milli everyday. She wanted to have sleepovers with her and to be able to spend time with her and hug her. She just wanted to be with Milli again because that's what she missed. She wanted her sister back and she knew she would never be able to experience that again. She missed her oldest sister, she missed her best friend.
