James Maslow: Chances PT 13

 You sit there staring at the doctor not saying anything as Carlos leans forward in his seat. 

"...She's what?" Carlos asks. 

Carlos looks at you as you're still sitting in the chair shocked. 

"There has to be some mistake...She's not, she can't be!" Carlos says. 

"There's no mistake, YN is pregnant." The doctor says as you get up from your seat and walk out of the room. 

Carlos quickly follows you. 

"YN! Wait, just slow down." Carlos says. 

You slowly come to a stop outside of the doctors. 

"Who's is it?" Carlos finally asks. 

"It's Kendall's! I wouldn't cheat on him!" You snap.

"It's just you've been liking James a lot-" Carlos continues. 

"I would NEVER cheat! Ever!" You yell before walking off. 

"YN where are you going?" Carlos calls. 

"Going for a walk!" You yell back. 

Carlos lets you walk off and walks back inside; you walk for about an hour before knocking on a door before a cute blonde opens the door in a mans shirt with no pants on. You look at her confused. 

"Oh...Uh sorry, I thought this was my friends house...But I think I have the wrong number-" You say as you're about to walk off. 

"Babe, who's at the..."James starts as he comes in view buttoning up his jeans with no shirt on. 

James looks at Halston before looking at you; you shake your head and walk down the pathway and start walking again. 

"YN wait!" James yells quickly coming after you.

He tries grabbing your hand but you pull it away. 

"Don't touch me!" You frown holding back the tears. 

"YN, I'm sorry but I-"James starts. 

"Save it for someone who cares." You say. 

"Hey! You have no right to be mad at me! I bet you and Kendall have sex all the time when you know I like you; I'm not waiting around for something that'll never happen between us even if we both want it too." James says annoyed. "If anything, I should be mad at you with that but I'm not. So don't start getting pissy at me just because I'm with a girl."

You sigh and shake your head. 

"Sorry, I am...I needed to talk to you, but I see you're busy. I'm not mad, just go have fun like before I interrupted." You say walking off again. 

"I hope you're feeling better..." James says as his voice fades to a whisper so you can't hear as you continue walking. 

"Who was that?" Halston says as James walks back inside. 

"She's just a friend." James says as Halston runs her hands up and down his body. 

"Unlucky for her because I have you all to myself." Halston smirks as she leans up and kisses him. 

"Actually, I don't feel the mood anymore. Lets go get something to eat." James says pulling away and walking into the kitchen...

MEANWHILE...

You stay out most of the afternoon, Carlos has been calling you non-stop, same with Sam and Logan; you didn't pick up, you just kept walking as far as your feet could take you. You sit down on a park bench and look around at the swings.

"It's so peaceful at night time." You say as you look up at the stars. 

You stay out for about an hour and a half before a familiar car pulls up in front of the park. 

"Crap." You say to yourself sighing as you look back around the park. 

Logan walks over to you and sits down. 

"Nice night tonight." Logan says looking around. "Even still, a girl by herself could get hurt alone in the dark."

"I was about to head home now, don't need to lecture me." You say. 

"I'm not lecturing you, I'm looking out for you, I'm your friend and I don't want you to get hurt." Logan says rubbing your arm. 

"I'm already hurt, scared and I'll die alone." You say as you start to walk off. 

Logan follows you and stops you. 

"YN, Carlos told us what happened because he's worried about you." Logan said softly as you look down. "Kendall got called because Carlos called him just in case you were there." 

"Really? Kendall?" You asked frustrated. "I can't tell him...He'll leave me."

"He won't leave you, he loves you more than anything." Logan said smiling softly. "Tell him, just come in the car with me and I'll take you home." 

You nod slowly before following Logan to his car and drives back to yours and Carlos' place. As you arrive, Carlos runs out of the front door and hugs you tight. 

"I'm so glad you're okay." He says rubbing your back as you hug him tight back. 

"I'm sorry I left...I had too." You reply as Kendall and Sam walks out. 

"Babe, where have you been? Everyone was worried sick!" Kendall says giving you a giant hug. 

"I'm sorry, I had to clear my head." You say hugging him back. 

Sam hugs you tight. 

"I'm glad you're okay." Sam whispers hugging her tight back. 

You smile slightly as you all walk inside; you take Kendall up to your room and you both sit on your bed. 

"Hey, what's wrong? Why did you take off from Carlos earlier?" Kendall asks holding your hands. 

"I got scared.." You say trying not to look at him in the eyes. 

"Scared? Of the doctor? Babe, you're fine. You didn't need to be scared." Kendall says rubbing your hand. 

"I got scared because I'm..." You start...
