You shake your head getting Kendall out of your head while you unpack your things.
"I feel like I left something behind..." You say to yourself glancing at the bags.
After a few hours of unpacking, you crash on the bed.
"Damn that was hard work." You say to yourself.
You close your eyes and smile.
"Perfect." You say...
3 YEARS LATER...
You're in the bathroom doing your eyeliner before your daughter wanders into the room and hugs your leg.
"Hey baby girl." You smile finishing your makeup and picking her up.
"Mommy, surprise." Mia grins and throws her arms in the air.
You smile.
"Yes baby, surprise. We're going to surprise uncle Los." You smile as you take your make up bag and pack it in the suitcase and zip it up.
"Ready to go?" You ask wheeling the bag out the door and heading to the elevator.
She nods and smiles, leaning her head against your neck and sucks her thumb. You walk down to the lobby and say goodbye and say you'll be back in a week; Mia waves as you get into the cab and put the suitcase into the back.
"Mommy, how long before we see uncle Los?" Mia asks as you buckle the seat belt.
"Should be a few hours sweetie." You smile. "To the airport please."
"Cute kid." The driver says as he starts driving. "How old is she?
"3; she's very smart for her age." You smile as stroke her blonde hair.
You finally arrive at the airport and grab the bag and helps Mia out of the car, she takes your hand as you walk up to the desk and handing the tickets over. You pick up the bag by the handles and lift Mia up in the other arm.
"This makes loud noise." Mia says covering her ears.
"Yes honey, it does." You say as you reach your seats and puts the bag in the top while taking the window seat helping Mia into her seat belt. "You should rest Mia, you'll need sleep."
"But I want to see uncle Los!" Mia says frowning.
"I'll wake you up when we get there okay? So you can see him sweetie." You say putting your arm around her as she cuddles into your side.
"Okay mommy." She says, yawning and shutting her eyes.
Mia falls asleep as you stay awake the whole flight watching the clouds and the view from out the window. The flight doesn't take very long; as the plane is about to land, you gently wake up Mia. She looks out the window watching the plane land. You grab your bag and Mia holds your hand as she walks out of the plane with you.
"Home sweet home." You smile before you walk outside.
"Mommy, can I have a chocolate?" Mia asks yanking down on your arm.
"Sure, there's a little shop down the street. I can get a coffee while I'm there. I need one." You say as you and Mia walks down to a store down the street.
You walk inside and follow Mia as she runs to choose a chocolate.
"Hey you." You hear a familiar voice...
