WARNING HALF A SEX SCENE
Carlos and you walk back inside and James is quick to jump to his feet and walks over to you.
"You okay?" James asks curious.
"Yeah, just hurt in a way." You mumble.
"Once a liar, always a liar." James says pulling you into a hug.
You hug him back; Kendall's lie effected you more than you expected it too. You were trusting him again as a friend and he lied without giving you any warning he hadn't changed a bit.
"I think I just might go to bed." You fake a smile.
"It's barely even 7." Carlos says confused.
"I'm tired." You say before you lift up Mia. "Thanks for hanging out with me today Alexa."
Mia hugs Carlos, Alexa and James before you walk upstairs.
"She's really cut up about this Kendall thing, huh?" Alexa mentions walking with Carlos and James to the kitchen.
"Does she have feelings for him?" James asks as Carlos looks at James.
"Dude, she doesn't have feelings for him anymore." Carlos starts. "She's just hurt because he was her first love; you can't change that."
"Yeah, I'd be pretty cut up too if my ex husband lied to me and my kid -if I had one- then find out he was lying when trying to regain my trust." Alexa nods looking at James.
"Don't take it personal bud." Carlos sighs rubbing his shoulder.
"I think I might join her in bed." James sighs standing.
"Are you sure? It's barely 7." Carlos jokes smirking.
James gives him a small smile before saying goodnight and walking up the stairs; he was about to walk into your room when Fox walks in before him and sits on the bed. James sighs about to walk in when he hears you talking on the phone; he stays quiet and stands against the wall beside the door.
"No, no." You say rolling your eyes. "You need to come earlier tomorrow...what?...yeah we need to talk...I can tell you tomorrow...Kendall...just get your ass over here at 10 and I will talk to you...come on, it's serious...because it can wait until tomorrow...ugh you're impossible...goodnight...no, I'm tired...Mia's already in bed...I'm not waking her up...I'm with Fox...he's a good dog...he just doesn't like you...whatever, once again goodnight."
You sigh and hang up the phone falling back on the bed.
"You know Fox, men are annoying." You smile when he licks your hands. "You know, he used to be a good guy...but that side must be gone by the looks of it."
You kiss his nose.
"At least I have you, Carlos, Logan and last but not least the very man I'm in love with." You smile as Fox barks. "That's right, James!"
James smiles before walking in.
"I heard my name." James chuckles.
You squeal before sitting up.
"James, hey." You smile standing back up. "Ah...how much did you hear?"
"Just how much you love me." James smiles wrapping his arms around your waist.
