Dear readers, this is my first fanfiction, I hope you'll enjoy it. (:
NB: I'm french and I'm doing all my possible for avoiding mistakes. Please forgive me if there are some.Introduction :
My name is Victoria George, I'm 20 and I'm the owner of a little music shop in New York. I left my parents three years ago because they didn't believe in me and they didn't want to give me a chance. For them, music and especially rock'n roll is music for savages. They're old fashionned people. I always wanted to be a rockstar or meeting one. It was my biggest dream.Chapter 1 :
It was 7am and I woke up at the sound of the TV. Sheryl, my best friend was watching it. She was my shop assistant. She was blonde with glasses and she was one of the kindest girl I've ever met.
-"Hello, marmot. Slept well ?? She asked smiling.
-Hmmm.. Leave me, it's Sunday ! I grumbled head in my pillow.
-Yes, maybe, but we have many things to do today. She replied.
She pulled off the cover and I froze.
She sat down on my bed looking me.
"Alright, you won" I said exasperated, looking her face. I went to the bathroom and took a shower.
I got off one hour later. Sheryl was doing French crêpes.
"Crêpes !" I shouted before sat down on the chair.
-"Voilà, mademoiselle. She said handing me the plate of crêpes.
-You know you're the best girl in the world. I affirmed
-And you the worst of all time she replied back.
We giggled.
-Today, we're gonna go to the shop, because apparently we received some vinyls.
-Alright" I said mouth full crêpes.***
One hour later we went to our disc shop. It was a little store at the corner of a New York street, in Manhattan. I've always loved this shop, there were vinyls and posters everywhere. It was just like my teenage room.
-"Hey Snow White ! Come here! Sheryl yelled.
-The hell do you want ??" I shouted back before coming to her.
She showed me a vinyl that I didn't know. On the cover there was a man with blonde hair and red lips and a purple jacket. He was holding his hair and he had different colored eyes. Hunky Dory was writing at the top left corner.
-"D'you know it ??" She asked.
I was fascinated by the man.
-No, I'm gonna listen to it"
I put the vinyl on the record player and listen the first song, then the second, the third, the fourth 'till the last one. When the last song ended Sheryl was looking me, she giggled.
-"You know, you look like a fool when you're listening this vinyl.
-It's exceptional ! Who's the author ??" I asked enthusiasm.
She check down on her list.
-David Bowie. She finally said. You have this one too, The Rise And Fall Of Ziggy Stardust And The Spiders From Mars.
-Alright, I'll listen it too."***
It was 4pm when we finally get out of the shop. I chilled at the last sunbeams of a September afternoon. It was so good. Sheryl took my hand and we made our way to go home.
