Ayy'verynn POV
I was at the nurses statio waiting on my CT results for a patient when Callie walked up to me.
"Can i talk to you abojt something.?" She asked.
"Yeah sure what is it.?" I asked.
"Have you ever had such mind blowing sex that. Your not sure if you should tell your girlfiriend."she asked.
"For one i would hope my mind blowing sex would be with my boyfriend. Did you cheat on Arizona?" I asked.
"Yes." She said.
"With who?" I asked.
"With Mark Sloan." She said.
"Callie are you kidding me. So what are you now Bi?" I asked.
"I dont know.its just all complicated." She said.
"Well if i were in yoir shoes i wouldnt tell her anything till you figure out what you want. You cant go up to her and not know what you want." I said.
"Thanks Ayy'verynn." She said.
"Your welcome." I said.
"Dr. Alexander your scans." The nirse said.
I held them up.to the light to see my parient had access spinal fluid backing up into her beain.
"Page Dr.Sheppard for a neuro consult please." I said to the nurse.
"Right away" she said.
....
"You needed a consult.?" Derek asked walking into the room.
"Yes my patient has access spinal fluid backing up.into her brain." I said.
"Okay we will have to put a shint to drain the fluid. Is she showing any symptoms." He asled.
"She came in because she fell. She said it had been happenimg alot." Is aid.
"Yeah we definatley need to operate as soon as possible. Book an OR." He said.

"Hello Mrs. Jackson, im doctor Sheppard. Im a neruo surgeon." Derek said.
"Oh no that cant be good if your bringing in a neuro surgeon Dr. Alexander." She said.
"Its not good when you have to bring any surgeon in but you CT shows you have some access Spinal Fluid backing up into your brain. This is what's causing you to fall." I said.
"Okay how do we fix it." She asked.
"Well Dr. Sheppard is going to go in and put a shunt to drain the fluid." I said.
"Will the surgery affect my baby.?" She asked.
"No it shouldnt but i will monitor your baby through the whole sugery." I said.
"Okay thank you so much doctors. It will feel mice to be able to stand on my own two feet without falling." She said.
"Alright I will be back shortly to prep you for surgery." I said.

"Karev you are scrubbing in on Cindy Jackson." I said.
"Alright." He said.
.....
"Okay Mrs. Jackson i need you to count backwards from 10 for me." I said.

"Okay Karev you are going to monitor the baby's heart rate. Any sign of D-Cells call me i am in the OR next door." I said.
"Okay got it."he said.
.....
I went into the OR next door and preped my patient. She was having a C-section at 32 weeks because her blood pressure was through the roof. She had 3 seizures so her only option was to deliver the baby early.

"Dr. Alexander the baby is having signs of D-Cells."Karev said.
"How much longer does Dr. Sheppard have?" I asked.
"About 20 minutes." He said.
"Just monitor it i will be there in a minute." I aaid.
"Yes ma'am" he said.

"Okay what's the baby's heart rate?"i asked walking into the OR
"Its stable as of now." Karev said.
"Dr. Sheppard how much longer"i asked.
"I am done." He said.
"Okay." I said.
