A part of the normality of the universe is everything that occurs happens in its due season. Everything must grow and develop. Everything must be allowed to change. Relatively every event that occurs must be different, but how distinct are they? Striving to be different only means that we're the same. Society has given us a way of life, but has taken away from the truth of the matter.

Americans are faced with life crises daily. Murder is prevalent and hate happens to be a contributing factor. Poverty strikes nations in countless lower income neighborhoods. This has become a part of this era; however, poverty overshadows other relevant issues. Teenage alcoholism and drug abuse, human sex trafficking, and teenage suicide are still prominent developments.

Teenagers and young adults are the face of the new generation. Teenage alcoholism and drug abuse has bound America's youth preventing the guiding light of the future generation. According to the NCADD, the National Council on Alcoholism and Drug Dependence, alcohol is "the most widely used substance of abuse among America's youth." Adolescence is usually a time of inner discovery and growth; however, the discovery of a life destroyer is not the best choice. Based on further research the NCADD states that teens who drink before reaching 15 are "five times more likely to develop alcoholism later... than those who begin drinking at age 21." Hypothetically, teens ruin their lives before they are well into adulthood. According to the WebMD, "alcohol and drug abuse is a leading cause of teen death or injury." These injuries could include overdose, suicides, and/or brain damage. How could Americans help prevent poverty if the underlying factors are not answered?

Human sex trafficking is a universal setback. It is a spreading infecting that has not been completely address and effectively handled. Earlier this year Italian lawmakers discussed "decriminalizing pimping and brothel-keeping" thus creating law proposals to "undermine efforts to reduce sex- trafficking and exploitation." How could Americans remain allies with countries of the sort? According to America's FBI, Federal Bureau of Investigation, approximation of these victims are "in the millions". These victims could be from any country struggling with overcrowding or are tourist attractions. These victims are mostly "young women and children". This selected group are essential aspects for every growing nation but a blind eye has been distributed. This issue is not dead and every state should be involved in trying to end this dilemma.

Emotions play a major role in every human's actions and responses. Youth suicide plays a unique role in the loss of America's youth. Some are stronger than others and handle obstacles and adversity maturely. On the other hand others do not. Depression is a leading cause of suicide along with low self-esteem. According to the Jason Foundation, "an average of 5,400 attempts" of suicide happens every day between teens in grades 7-12. This not only accounts for the loss of a future generation it also accounts for the underlying factors of poverty. According to the CDC, Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, suicide is the, "second leading cause of death ages 10-24" in 2013. Its effect has probably doubled by now because its awareness has been disregarded.

It is only sanity that helps to resolve problems conscientiously. Hope relies in the actions that take place thus moving forward in reality. Using Robert Frost's intellect, it is far better to take the road less traveled. Every human is face with poverty or has met this as a dead end. There are underlying issues that lead to this great issue but it doesn't make poverty worse than these other challenges. Everything leads to something. Everything has a cause and effect: however how do we prevent further destruction by not being vigilant or adhering to current events.
