I walked all the way from the movie theatre to my house and that was a long distance away, as I walked down the street towards my house high heels in hand and making running down my face, I felt like the worst person in the entire world I had betrayed my bestfriend, and she never wanted to see me ever again, as i thought about this more it made me cry even harder, I just looked at the ground as i got closer to my house, i looked up as i made my way up the drive way and was supprised to see sadie sitting on my front step tears running down her face. i stopped and just stood there watching her, i slowly made my way towards her

"hey" i said tears forming in my eyes and my voice cracking

"Hey" she said siting on the whipping tears from her face, we looked at each other for about 5 minutes before she spoke

"Why didn't you tell me" she asked looking at me, her eyes were red and puffy

"I was scarred, your my best friend and I couldn't think of ever losing you" I said sitting next to her, tears pours down my cheeks

"Katelyn I wouldn't have been angry if you would have just told me first, ya I would have been upset at first but I would've gotten over it" she said looking at me

"I wanted to so badly tell you but I just couldn't get the courage up to tell you, I tried so many times to tell you but I never could get the words out" I said cupping my face in my hands and sobbing

"Katelyn I'm sorry I got so angry at the theatre,I was just in the heat of the moment" she said

"I'm sorry I didn't tell you about John Luke and I, I never wanted a guy to come between us ever" I said looking up

"I'm sorry I tried to set you up with lots of guys who weren't your type" she said laughing

"Hahahaha those were very interesting" I said giggling and whipping my face

"So I have to know how long have you and my brother liked each other" she said laughing

" I've liked him since he was 13 and he's liked me since I was 14" I Said giggling

"Wow that's a while, so how long exactly have you guys been keeping this secret" she said

"Since July 4 th" I said looking down at the ground, she didn't say anything

"You wanna spend the night maybe" I asked getting up off the step and playing with my keys

"Sure" she said getting up and following me in, part of my feels like we just rekindled our friendship
