"Katelyn Sadie's on the phone for you" my yelled up the stairs, I was sitting at my desk that looked out the front window

"Ok I'll get it up here" I said grabbing the cordless, it had been a week since the party, Sadie and I haven't really done much together lately cause she went to Los Angeles to visit her sister Rebecca

"Hey hows la" I asked leaning back in my chair

"Amazing, it's so warm and pretty here, but I miss you, it's not fun going to the beach with out you" she said

"Aww I miss you too, it's been so boring since you left my parents are going to Nashville again cause my dad has to help hunter with something and my mum as a fashion show at the grand ole Oprey, so I am stuck here by my self for a while" I said leaving a long sigh at the end

"Awe Katelyn I'll be home soon, I fly home July 1st, then we'll have lots of fun" she said

"Thanks Sadie, so still good for me picking you up from the airport" I asked

"Yes, I want to see my best friend, plus I think it's just John Luke and I flying back that day and then the rest of the gang is flying back July 2nd, so we might need a place to stay as well mom and dad don't want us left by ourselves" she said giggling

"Ya sure thing I can pick you both up and you can stay at my place" I said my heart fluttered at the thought of John Luke staying at my house

"Your awesome thank you so much, well I have to go, my mums taking me shopping, ok I'll call you before we leave, love ya" she said before hanging up, I hung up my phone and

watched a women pushing strollers, young guys jogging by, and old couples walking hand in hand

"Katelyn can you come here" my dad called from his office next door

"Coming" I said getting up out of my chair and walking over to his office

"Hey what's up" I asked standing in the door way

"Your mother and I are leaving in a couple hours, you going to be ok here by your self" he asked, he looked funny sitting behind his computer wearing his reading glasses just about at the end of his nose

"Yup, Sadie and John Luke are going to come stay here a night after they get back" I said

"Ok you'll be fine then, well I better finish packing" my dad said getting up and walking past me giving me a kiss on the top of my head

"Ok" I said walking back to my room, I went back to watching people walk by and live a fun filled life while I lived a boring life
