"OMG did you see how Ally and Connor were making out like totally not cool" Sadie said carrying in the plates and placing them in the sink so I could rinse them

" yep they should maybe get a room next time" I said laughing

" you seem quite tonight, something bothering you" Sadie asked while plopping herself on the island

" ya totally, I am just really tired been a long day" I said with a sigh

" ok well if something's bothering you just tell me I am here for you" she said pulling her phone to probably text beau and ask him where he was, I rinsed the dishes off and placed them in the dish washer carefully, in the back of my mind I couldn't stop thinking about how John Luke and Emily were copying up at the party tonight, she had her head rested on his shoulder while he had his arm wrapped around hers, I couldn't stand watching it so I came to try and clean up a little

" hey beau's brining a friend for you, he says you'll love him" Sadie said hopping off the island

"NOOOOO, please you remember last time you tried to set me up with one of his friends" I wined

" hey it's not my fault we didn't know he was drug dealer" she said putting her hands up and walking towards the foyer

" really the smell of drugs wasn't a dead give away" I said as she walked away, I rolled my eyes and went back to keeping my self busy with cutting up more fruit, just then the back door opened and John Luke walked in holding 2 red solo cups in hand

" hey what are you doing in here" he asked kind of confused while walking to the fridge

" getting more food beau and a friend are coming over to watch a movie" I said not looking up from what I was doing

" sounds good" he said pouring soda into the cups

" I hope so, Sadie and beau are trying to set me up again with one of his friends lets hope this one isn't a druggy like the last one" I said with a giggle

" wow now this could be bad" he said laughing while closing the fridge

" well enjoy the party, if u here copy cars coming it means this ones a druggy as well" I said with a laugh

" haha ok, see ya later" he said before walking out, I watched him as he walked back to the fire pit, handing Emily her glass and sitting down next to her

" this is katelyn" Sadie said walking into the kitchen with a fairly tell, brown haired, blue eyes, and muscular build guy

" hi" I said reaching my hand out to shake his

" hi my names Tate" he said shaking my hand

" so what movie shall it be tonight" Sadie said to beau

" grown ups 2" he said back

" nope we've already picked out the blind side no if, ands, or buts" she said grabbing his hand and dragging him over to the den, beau just groaned at this, Tate followed after them, I just stood in the kitchen and watch them from a far, I knew right off Tate wasn't what I was looking for at all but to keep my secret hidden I needed to go along with it , so I grabbed to snacks and made my way to the den and sat down next to Tate, I needed to make this work for now.
