Eye Locks..

4. It all started

"Out of my class now..all three of you..!!" Nirmaan shouted looking at the three people who he dis-liked the most in the class.. Randhir, Parth and Yoyo. Neither they would concentrate in the class nor they would obey any of his words. He was fed up with them. Yesterday he had given them final warning to complete all their notes but still they have the guts to come without completing them.

"But sir Randhir has co...!!" Parth was about to spill the beans that Randhir had completed his notes ..sensing which Randhir dragged him outside the class not giving him a chance to speak..with Yoyo following them.

While Sanyukta looked up to them in a worried expression. 'Probably Randhir wouldn't have noticed those books under his bench' she assumed. And she  blamed herself for not having enough guts to give him those directly . Can't blame her alone though, they had never interacted.

"Shameless creatures..!!" Nirmaan mutered under his breath and continued with his lecture.

"Randhir are you freaking out of your mind let's show him your notes and shut him up..!!" Parth said trying to wriggle himself from Randhir's hold. How could he possibly miss this golden opportunity, that million dollar expression covering Nirmaan's face when he sees that 'the great Randhir Singh Shekawat' had completed his notes.

"I dont want to Parth..!!" Randhir said to him in a non-interested tone.

"In that case i will show them as mine..!!" Parth winked at Randhir and made a move to get inside the classroom.

"You will not do that..!!" Randhir spat back and got catch hold of him quickly.

"Try me..!!" Parth replied with a smirk making Randhir glare him.

"I dont want her to get into trouble..!!" Randhir replied looking down.

"Who Sanyukta..?" Parth questioned him with a confused expression.

"Yea man..what if Nirmaan finds out it is Sanyukta's handwriting..she would unnecessarily be troubled..!!" Randhir replied calmly trying to make Parth understand.

"Wow..!!" Parth exclaimed clearly amased with Randhir's concern for Sanyukta. As far as he knows his best-friend, he never really cared about anyone.

"I want to know everything.!!" Parth said crossing his arms, which clearly meant he wanted answers regarding Sanyukta.

"Guys what are you talking about..?" Yoyo who was a silent spectator of all this questioned them.

"You will get to know yoyo..And Randhir you better start speaking..!!" Parth said in a demanding tone clearly indicating that he wanted answers.

"Hmmn..it all started when she joined the college three years back..!!" Randhir started.

"Who..?" Yoyo interupted him.

"..Sanyukta and stop interrupting me okay..!!" Randhir said in a frustated tone.

"Okay..!!" Parth and Yoyo said at the same time.

"So one day i saw her ummn sleeping in the class..with her head on the book and a pen in her hand..she had actually slept off while writing the notes..And i kinda developed a habit of watching her during class hours from that day..!!" Randhir continued saying in a slow voice feeling lost in his thoughts.

"Past week she suddenly looked at my direction while i was busy admiring..i mean, staring at her and we ended up sharing eyelocks with small smiles..well that's it..!!" Randhir completed and looked at his friends to see their reaction.

"So on a whole you like her..!!" Parth said in a teasing tone.

"Yea kinda..!!" Randhir said lowering his eyelashes and smiling.

"You are smiling again..!!" Parth pointed out laughing aloud making Randhir immediately change his expression.

"Three years..and we never noticed..!!" Yoyo exclaimed.

"From what i know you have never spoken to her right..?" Parth questioned him thinking something deeply.

"Yea..!!" Randhir replied thinking about the same thing that how he never had the nerves to even say a simple hi to her.

"Then it's high time for you to speak up to her..!!" Parth said making Randhir eyes go wide in shock.

"What!?!?..hell no..!!" Randhir replied with a horrified expression.

"Hell..yes and it's going to be today..!!" Parth said putting a hand on Randhir's shoulder.

"Parth are you out of your mind..im not doing that..!!" Randhir replied glaring at Parth.

" Fine then..i will go speak to her..is that okay..!!" Parth tried to trick him knowing this would definitely work.

"NOoo, not you..okay fine..i will speak to her..!!" Randhir accepted in a defeated tone. But somewhere inside his heart he couldn't help but feel nervous yet excited about the mere thought of speaking to her  and determined himself to make a first good impression infront of her afterall people would never simply say 'First impression is the best impression..'

"Friends are the only ones who can make us do things that we would have thought that it..is impossible to do..!!"
