"What if I trip? Or worse, stutter while saying my vows! Oh god I can't do this, Lily I can not do this." I said listing all the possibilities, while pacing round the room. "You can. You can do this Emily. Come on, you love him honey," She encouraged with a smile. "What if I actually look ugly in this and everyone looks at you cause lets be honest you look incredible." I eyed her pale pink bridesmaid dress up and down. "Oh come on. You know you look good. No, you look beautiful. Come on bride get out there." She nodded towards the venue where Oli stood at the end, waiting. "Okay. I can do this, I can." I mumbled mostly to myself. "See! Okay I have to go sweetie, you can do this." Lily said one last time before running off, blond hair flowing behind her.

Before I knew what had happened time seemed to rush forward and I had my arm linked with my dad. He was a big kinda guy and I admit he did shed a few tears even though he would never admit it. One step, two steps, three steps closer and closer to my soul mate as cheesy as it sounds. He stood proudly at the end, a wide grin glued on his face. I tried to walk in time with the music, and I guess I had a look of concentration on my face because Oli was chuckling quietly, covering his mouth. I swear it was the cutest think and I honestly wanted to just run over to him so we could get married already. And wow we were getting married.

I finished reading my vows, the words flowing effortlessly from practice and pure love. It was his turn now and I prepared myself, because I knew tears would soon leak down my cheeks. I was wearing water proof make up because I knew I would cry multiple times today. He looked directly in my eyes, his reminded me of hot chocolate, all gooey and sweet. "Emily. I can't promise to always be rational. I can't promise to never make mistakes either. But, I can promise that I have given every ounce of my heart to you. I can promise that I will try my best to wake up earlier than you and give you breakfast in bed, waffles of course. I can promise to catch all the spiders you happen to find in the most obscene places in the house no matter what because I know you hate those things. I can promise to kiss you better when your having a bad and even when you're not. I can promise to remind myself that you are here, you are real and enjoy every moment with you from when we wake by the sun and when we go to sleep, the moon shining down on you cause you are just that special. I can promise all those things Emily. But, the most, most important thing I can promise you is I will love you forever." I was crying and he was smiling at me. That couldn't even compare to my stupid vows. He was so perfect and goofy and cuddly and I want to keep him company while hes editing videos and I want to start a family with that boy. I slipped the silver ring on his finger while he did the same. The crystal sparkled and glittered in the sunlight that came through the stain glass. "You are now pronounced husband and wife. You may kiss the bride." The Minister said with a smile. He leaned down to me, I closed my eyes, my eyelashes fluttering against his cheek and we kissed. We kissed like everyone was gone and we were the last man and woman on Earth. We kissed like we needed to, like it was a necessity, not a want. And it kind of wasn't a want because I needed Oli, I needed him so much. He molded me into the person I was today and I loved him. I think I would still love him in a thousand years.
