Romance was definitely in the air as Joey and I were walking around on Catalina Island for a little weekend trip. We went zip lining and walked on the beach, enjoying each others' company.

After dinner on Saturday night, we went for an evening walk up along the mountain. It was quiet as we held hands and walked, and I could tell Joey was nervous about something. Eventually we got to a bench and sat down. "What's got you all quiet?" I asked, trying to figure out what he was nervous about. He smiled and said through a little laugh, "I guess I can't make an excuse." I was confused, until he stood me up and got down on one knee.

My heart raced a million miles a minute, a huge smile growing on my face. He took my hands, "You're the best person I've ever met, and I knew you were the one from the very beginning." He paused, and took a ring out of his pocket, tears spilling from my eyes at this point. "Bella, will you marry me?" I nodded my head immediately, "Yes! Yes yes yes!" I almost screamed. He put the ring on my finger and stood up, kissing me.

We kissed and hugged for a while, enjoyment and excitement flowing through my body. "I love you so much, Joey." He hugged me again, "I love you too, Bella."
