MP7DENIAL

A/N:

Soz about the short last chapter, but I sorta needed to end it there. It was important.

Also, I've updated on Bite Me. There's not going to be very many updates from now on on any book, because my silly dad won't buy us WiFi. I'm writing my stories on my iPod notes, so whenever I upload there'll be a few chappies.

Marissa Potter 7 - Scorpius' POV - Denial

I watched as the first years passed me in their little line. Marissa waved at me and I smiled comfortingly. She was very nervous.

The little line stopped at the raised platform. Once again, the three legged stool bearing the Hogwarts crest supported the Sorting Hat.

McGonagall started calling out names and I rolled my eyes as people were Sorted into Hufflepuff, Ravenclaw and Gryffindor. Every time a newbie joined the ranks of Slytherin, I clapped loudly.

"Your sister's so damn fit when she's nervous," Les sighed. I groaned.

"Shut the hell up. My sister hates you," I lied.

"No - she was laughing with me."

"She likes you as a friend. She'd say no if you asked her out."

"What would she do if I asked her out?" Davey interrupted.

"She'd throw up and say no," I sighed.

"Ooh, it's her next. She's so sexy when she's nervous," Davey crooned dreamily. I rolled my eyes and crossed my fingers.

We all sat there for three minutes as the Hat lingered on her every thought, her every ability and her every memory. I closed my eyes as the Hat opened its mouth to yell -

"GRYFFINDOR!"

My mouth dropped open and so did Marissa's. She was in my rival house. This was so wrong.

"Gryffindor?" Les said confusedly.

"Did the Hat really say that?" I asked hopefully.

"Yep," Davey sighed. "Sorry, mate."

"I won't get to go out with her!" Les wailed.

I stood up. I wasn't hungry. I could miss the feast. Marissa looked at me across the room when I stood up. When I marched to the door and wrenched it open, she jumped up and followed me.

"I'm so so so so so sorry!" she cried. I spun round.

"Go away, Gryffindor."

She gasped and burst into floods of tears. I stood there open mouthed. Had I really just said that to my baby sister?

"Sorry! It wasn't your fault!" I cried out and tried to grab her and hug her.

I grabbed her arm but she shook it off, running away. She screamed with tears and the sound echoed through the hall. Her blonde hair streamed out behind her while she ran. I yelled her name and she turned round. Her normally white face was now red and her electric green eyes brimmed with tears.

Guilt boiled in my stomach as she turned round and ran away.

Hehe cliffhanger!

Ohmg! Arguement!

Anyway, I've decided to stop Bite Me until I've finished East Side, because I now have 3 whole stories to complete and it's stressful and I think I am having a breakdown!!

Cheerio, Gugls xx
