Andrea takes a quick glance at D'Angelo from across the room and she can't help the feelings that run through her. He notices and flashes her a smile before walking over towards her.

"Hey baby girl," he smiles, bringing her in for a hug and kissing her cheek.

D'Angelo and Andrea have known each other for a while now and have gone out on a couple dates, but neither have talked about their feelings for each other or solidifying their relationship. However, Andrea is starting to recognize her feelings for him and feels that it might be the time for them to make their relationship official.

"D, can we talk?" she asks him, nervously.

"Of course, Drea," he smiles.

They leave the room and make their way outside to the patio. They find a table near the pool and sit down across from each other.

"So what's up, babygirl?" he asks her, curiously.

"I don't know what it is, but I know that I'm ready for us," she confesses.

"You want us to make it official?" he asks her.

"I mean, we've gone out a few times and I've known you for a while, now. All I know is that you're worth a shot and I know that I'm worth a shot as well," she informs him honestly.

"I feel the exact same way, but I've been to nervous to make it official with you. I was afraid you didn't feel the same or that you weren't ready yet," he replies, enveloping her hands into his.

"I'm glad because I can't give you up," she replies with a smile.

He leans in and captures her lips into a sweet, innocent kiss. At that moment, she realizes her feelings for him. She knows that she likes him a lot and that she's ready for a relationship. She's ready for adventures with him and learning more about him because D'Angelo Russell fascinates the hell out of her.

In the time that they have known each other and had been casually seeing each other, she knows that he has her back and is always there for her if she needs him. 

The small gathering between friends continues for the rest of the night and at the end, D'Angelo insists on taking her home with him. After a smooth 20 minute car ride, the two arrive at D'Angelo's apartment in Hollywood. They make their way to his living room and sit down on the couch. They drink and talk amongst themselves for a while, enjoying each other's company.

"I wanna be your only one after tonight. I gotta be your only one after tonight," she tells him honestly, looking directly into his eyes.

He licks his lips and leans in, capturing her lips into a fiery kiss, a desire burning inside him. Things quickly become heated, as their hands start roaming each other's bodies. They make their way from the couch to D'Angelo's bedroom. The two make their way onto his California King bed, their hands and lips roaming each other's bodies. The temperature in the room rises as they become a sweaty mess of tangled limbs.

Weeks pass after their little rendezvous and the couple is going strong. However, they have little by little, received hate. A lot of D'Angelo's fangirls are either jealous of or just really don't like Andrea. Every time the two post a photo or anything on social media, negative comments always show up. They judge because Andrea is an older woman and she's with a younger man in D'Angelo. They judge because she's just a Graduate Kinesiology student at USC, while D'Angelo is a Guard for the Los Angeles Lakers and is always in the spotlight. They also judge because she met D'Angelo while working for the Lakers as an assistant to one of the team's physical therapists.

Andrea knows that they're just jealous. She knows that they want what she and D'Angelo have, but the love they have is only for them. She decides to let the entire world know how she feels by posting her thoughts on Instagram

She links a picture of the two sharing a kiss under the stars with a view of the Hollywood Hills in the background.

"You know, I've always wanted relationship goals with you," she informs them as they walk down Rodeo Drive.

"Is that so?" he asks, raising an eyebrow quizzically.

"Yeah, I want relationship goals with you," she replies with a smile.

He chuckles at her response and smiles as well because secretly that's what he wants with her.

As the weeks go on, she realizes how much closer the two have become as a couple and she knows that what they have is realer than what most have. She knows that it's much more than an Instagram post, or any other social media post, for that matter. She's only holding on to what they have because she knows she can't let it go. She doesn't know what it is but she knows that she's ready for what the future has in store for the two. These last few months with D'Angelo have truly shown her how it feels to love somebody and that somebody is D'Angelo.
