"Now I'm half a world away from you, but you're always on my mind. There's a million words that I could've said. And you might still be mine. And if there's someone where I used to be, I hope he tells you every day. With the million words that I should've said. I wish I could tell you, always" - Million Words by The Vamps

Zendaya Coleman as Zoey Rogers
Back in January of 2013, Benjamin Simmons and his family made the difficult decision to leave Melbourne, Australia and move to the small town of MontVerde, Florida. Ben was only 15 years old at the time and had just finished grade 9.
At the time, he had a little girlfriend by the name of Zoey Rogers. The two had been best friends since they were 10 years old. They eventually caught feelings by the time they reached their teen years, but everything changed when Ben and his family left Melbourne.
Ben starts unpacking boxes in his new apartment in Pheonix, Arizona. After he declared for the draft, he decided to move to Pheonix to prepare for the draft. He signed to a sports agency and made a serious commitment to take the next step in becoming a player for the National Basketball Association.
After hours of unpacking, he opens up a box that read "Bittersweet Memories" in bold, black letters. It was written in his mother's handwriting, which sparked his curiosity.
When he opens it up, he finds pictures of him as a child, with a dark-skinned female alongside him. Then it finally kicks in. Zoey Rogers was the one he let go away.
He knows that it was his fault that when he left, it was on bad terms. He left without telling her how much she meant to him and how he's in love with her. There's a million words he could've said.
He remembers that fateful January day three years ago. He was getting ready to leave to America with his family, when she showed up on his doorstep. He wanted to tell her how beautiful she looked, but couldn't get the words out.
Now he longs to be near her because he remembers how good it felt to be around her. These are all the thing he should've said. Did he miss his chance?
Is it too late to say that even though he's on the other side of the world, she's always on his mind? There's a million words that he could have said and maybe she would still be his.
He hopes that he hasn't been replaced, but if he has, he hoped that guy tells her everyday, how special she is. He hopes that that man tells her the million words that he should've said and he wishes he could tell her always.
When she was his, he pushed her far away. She wanted to keeo in contact, but he told her it would be much better if they just cut off contact and forget about each other, which now he realizes was a huge mistake.
What he loves most about her is that whenever he had a problem or was upset about anything, she would always be there for him. She would comfort him and give him advice. He wishes he could feel that warmth again.
Now he wishes that if there only was a way for him to get back in contact with her. If only he had her number, he would tell her how truly sorry he was for being an idiot and hiw much he still loves her. He knows it would probably take him all night or his whole life to say everything he wants and needs to say to her.
He just wishes he had a second chance to her mine tonight. Honestly, if he ever gets the chance again, he would tell her everyday, the million wordd that he should've said. He wishes he could tell her always.
He hopes that maybe one day he can return to Melbourne and reunite with his first love, Zoey Rogers.
