Sara and Devin are currently arguing in their shared apartment in Phoenix. Devin has just come home from an east coast road trip with his team. He comes home to his girlfriend questioning his loyalty, which throws him off. She tells him about the rumors of him hooking up with groupies that she read on TMZ Sports and the pictures and videos of him partying with his teammates and the women draped all over him. Devin doesn't want to lose her over some bullshit rumors that TMZ Sports made up. He tells her the truth and tells her that rumors comes with the territory of being famous. He tells her that women are gonna be all over him because of him being a handsome, young basketball player. He lets her know that she should listen to him and not what she reads on the tabloids about him.

He tells her that their relationship is fine and he reassures her that he'll never hook up with other females while on the road. He's committed to her and her only. Believing in what the tabloids say will only make her angry. He lets her know that the tabloids will continue to do what they do because that's their job. He also lets her know that females will continue to throw themselves at him and they won't be satisfied until she stops loving him and they break up. The tabloids and the women are only trying to break them up. The women only hate on their relationship because they're jealous that she owns his heart and not them. He's not worried about them breaking up though, because he believes that their relationship is strong enough to get through all the drama. He knows that their relationship is strong and hard to break, and that the haters can only wish to have what they have. He knows that there are some jealous girls who only talk negatively because they want him for themselves and don't want him to be taken. He has a lot of female fans and since he's young and attractive, they want to be with him.

Sara is questioning his loyalty and is worrying about the small stuff, even demanding to check his phone. He gladly lets her since he has nothing to hide. He knows that she's going to want to prove that he isn't cheating with randoms. He even tells her to call up his best friends, Karl-Anthony, Tyler, and D'Angelo to confirm that he's not cheating on her. He even tells her to call up his other teammates like Eric, to confirm his faithfulness. He knows that she has his back and he tells her that those other girls are just jealous because they'll never have a chance and never had a chance with him unlike her.

He knows that he gets text messages from his exes and females asking him about Sara and how is he, which he knows is just to bait him. He always replies with simple messages and doesn't take the bait. He hopes that they can move past this and move forward with their relationship. At the moment, she's acting like she doesn't care because of how paranoid and afraid she is. However, he pretends to act like he doesn't care either, even though he does. He knows that she's not going to walk away from him because no one has the same effect on her like he does. He feels the most complete when he's home with her ad he knows she feels the same way too. When he's away, he can't stop thinking about her and knows she feels the same way too. Even though he's only 21, he feels like he's accomplished his goals and right now, he's only focused on basketball and her. He doesn't need anything else besides his family, basketball, and his girl.

He knows that together the two can weather the storm because Sara Lawson is special and the only girl that he would hate to lose.
