"You're just a friend, Dame; nothing more and nothing less," Karina tells her friend of four years.

Damian was so confused about the entire situation. He thought that Karina would want a relationship with him and that she would feel the same.

It used to be enough for Dame just to have her around him, but now that has all gone to shit because feelings have been involved.

What Dame doesn't know is that Karina is afraid of dropping her guard. She's so afraid of falling in love, that she has convinced herself that she's not in love with Dame and that she only wants to be his friend.

However, when she's around him, she finds it hard to not drop her guard around.

Damian is determined however to change that. He wants her to realize that he would never break her heart or hurt her. He's determined to do whatever it takes for hiwever long it takes to steal her heart and to make her his.

In a way, he hates the fact that she has this kind of effect on him. He can't protect his heart or guard his emotions, when she tears his defenses down. It's getting harder to pretend that he doesn't want something more with her.

He just knows that whenever she leaves, he hates to watch her go. When they're apart, he feels a void missing in his heart.

He's frustrated because he doesn't know exactly how to fix the predicament that they're in. He knows there's a million pieces missing in the puzzle that is they're relationship.

In all honesty, when he thinks about the two of them, he cant help but realize that he doesn't even know what they truly are together.

He just knows that everything regarding them two and their relationship is out of his control. Only love can control their fate.

"Love's a hole you say you don't wanna fall in, but you keep falling," he tells her, hoping he'd be able to catch her reaction.

However, before he can see her reaction, she ends the facetime call, which definitely shocks and upsets him.

He just hopes that maybe she'll realize that he's right and admit her feelings for him.
