-Confusing love continued-

“Did you just say you think you like me?” I said taking the tissue away from his face he looked at me anxiously, like he was regretting what he said.

“Yea, I’m sorry I shouldn’t have said anything, I know your with Aaron and I shouldn’t be in the middle of that, God I’m so stupid!”

“Hey, your not stupid” I said with a smile “That’s actually kind of sweet, so what if I’m with Aaron, that doesn’t mean you cant like me right?”

“I guess, but wont it be weird knowing I like you?”

“Maybe a little, but its just a crush, I’m sure you’ll get over it at some point, but just for the record nothing can happen between us got it?”

“Yea of course, I promise nothing will happen between us” he said helping me to my feet, I threw my hands around him.

“Thanks again for saving me, and I’m sorry I acted all bitchy to you”

“That’s totally fine” he said taking a sniff of my hair, I pulled away and looked at him my eyes widened in confusion.

“I’m kidding, come on have a sense of humor” he said punching me gently on the arm, I teasingly punched him back, he chased me around the tree and I fell to the ground laughing, he fell to his knees beside me. He placed his hands over his stomach.

“Can I ask you a question?”

“Yes their real” I joked knowing that that wasn’t even close to his question, I smiled and laid on my side with my hand holding my head up, he did the same and laughed looking down at my shirt.

“Don’t have to stare at them” he gave a little smile and blushed.

“No that wasn’t my question, my question is what do you see in Aaron, I know, I know what a stupid question but come on he’s just doesn’t seem like your type”

“Wow, then what is my type?”

“Maybe someone like me you know tall muscular, someone who would care about you back” his face was only inches away from mine, the only thing we could hear was our breathing which was heavy and fast, he leaned in more, I could feel my heartbeating in my throat, he pushed a piece of hair behind my ear and kissed me, I was frozen, I didn’t know what to do, so I kissed him back, I wanted to stop him but it was too late, this moment was getting really awkward and uncomfortable.

“I’m sorry but like I said nothing can happen between us, and I was fine with this whole you like me thing but, now I am going to be uncomfortable so I think its just best if you keep your distance” I started walking the way I had come from in the first place, leaving him heart broken, tears ran down my face, I cant believe I did that to Aaron, its not like me.

The guilt piled on as I walked through the trees maneuvering the fallen branches, I walked out of the forest and back towards Aarons house to see if Tessa was there, as I was walking back she pulled up beside me, She had Sadie in the backseat, I jumped in next to her and the tears started pouring down my face.

“Hey what happened?” Sadie asked putting her phone in her pocket.

“Emma knows about me and Aaron, his mom knows about us, his dad probably knows now too, I’m humiliated, and to make matters worse Brody kissed me” I said shakily.

“What?” Sadie asked putting her arm around me.

“I just wanted to go home so I took the shortcut and Ashton was there with a bunch of other people, I think they were drunk, I tried to leave but Brody was the one who grabbed me, but he told me to go and run away, he found me later and long story short we kissed”
