valencia snapped out of her fake scenario and saw taehyung in front of her, heaving in and out.
"yeah," valencia muttered before crossing her arms across her flat chest.
taehyung searched for any change in valencia's face expression only to find none but a dull one.
"you're not surprised? or curious? or even flattered?" he spluttered out questions, taking a step towards her.
he stopped when he saw her flinch with discomfort.
"nevermind, you don't need to say anything. you're nervous, aren't you?" taehyung whispered in a lower tone.
valencia licked her chapped lips, took her hood off from her head, and faced taehyung so he could see that she wasn't afraid.
taehyung only blinked but valencia saw the realization in his eyes as he suddenly became silent.
"actually, no. tell me, why did you call me out here?" valencia croaked out, her voice still sore from sobbing too loud yesterday.
with the slightest smile taehyung could ever make, he let out a chuckle with his hands shoved in his pockets,"just for fun. i thought we both could use some 'night off'."
"as if i want to spend my 'night off' with yo-"
"-c'mon let's go. i know where we could hang first!" taehyung completely ignored val's sentence and dragged her down the street.
with taehyung's hand in hers, val couldn't help but wrap her fingers around his.

"where are we?" val asked, looking around her bright urban surroundings as taehyung slowed down.
taehyung took a glimpse behind him to see her curious reaction and smiled.
the two kept walking until taehyung abruptly stopped causing val to bump into his shoulder.
"can you at least warn me if you're going to-"
"shhh. we're here, look around," taehyung informed, staring at val with eyes full of expectation.
valencia did what taehyung told and almost choked on her own spit. he took her to the one place where she hated the most.
hong kong banjom.
val cringed at the bright red title with the evil man's face right next to it glaring into her, persuading her to stuff her face with fat and cholesterol.
"taehyung, why are we here again? i don't like noodles and i don't feel hungry," val tried to convince taehyung to leave.
taehyung's sparkle faded slightly once he saw val's worried expression but didn't give up and opened the entrance.
"welcome to hong kong banjom!"
it was only 3:29 am.

"where's jimin hyung?" jungkook who finally finished recording his cover, asked as he made himself home on the couch, next to namjoon who was the only one awake.
"no clue, did you check his room?"
jungkook nodded,"yeah, i just searched for him but he wasn't there."
namjoon frowned,"but it's 3:10 am. where could he be at this hour?"
jungkook shrugged and pulled out his phone to call jimin.
"i'm back!"
namjoon and jungkook raised their eyebrows to see jimin, in a bruised state.
