I didn't feel like waiting... That would've been stupid.

"Ayana come on! We're going to be late for school!" Roc yelled from the bottom of the staircase.

"Here I come right now. " Ayana yelled back. She grabbed her backpack and within 1.2 seconds sped down the stairs full speed.

"Damn, slow down speedo. " Roc laughed as he put his arm around Ayana. Ayana chuckled.

"I can't help it. I'm finally getting a hang on this whole vampire thing."

"Well good. But don't you miss Gabriel or ever your father just a little?" Roc asked.

"I do but it's nothing that I can really do." She shrugged.

"I guess you're right. Let's go. "

After Ayana killed her father, and in front of her brother Gabriel, she had to leave. There was no way she could stay there so her and Roc made a run for it settling down in a new state and going to a new school.

They pulled up to school and walked through the double doors where they would meet up with their new friends.

"Jacob! Nina! Wassup?" Roc said dapping Jacob and Ayana hugging Nina.

"Hey y'all. " They both greeted.

Jacob. Nina. Sounds familiar right? Well after Ayana and Roc switched schools, they met Jacob and Nina and instantly clicked.

"Alright y'all. We need to be getting to class before we're late. " Jacob said as he grabbed Nina's hand.

"Okay, fasho." Roc said.

"See you guys at lunch. " Ayana smiled as her and Roc made their way to their first hour class.

"You ready to go Jacob?" Nina asked as she grabbed her book.

"As ready as ever. " Jacob replied as the walked to their first hour class together as well.

As they walked, they talked to each other. Even though Nina wasn't paying attention, she continued to walk and ended up running right into Elizabeth knocking all of her books on to the floor.

"Hey, you better watch where you're going. " Elizabeth snapped.

"Maybe you should watch where YOU'RE going. " Nina snapped back. They stared at each other angrily.

If looks could kill, they'd both be dead right about now.

"Hey! Hey! Hey! C'mon Nina before we're late. " Jacob said pulling Nina away.

"Better pick your shit up bitch. " Nina growled at Elizabeth as Jacob continued to pull her away.

After Nina told Elizabeth off, they haven't been nice to each other since. Elizabeth isn't as popular as she was before but clearly didn't get the memo that she was a bitch. Taylor on the other hand realized it and stopped talking to her. Now Elizabeth has no friends and is mad at Nina because she thinks she's the reason why.

They made it to class just in time as the bell rung.

"Okay class, take your seats please." The teacher said. "Today you guys will be receiving a Pop Quiz!"

All the students, including Jacob and Nina, grunted in irritation.

"Oh come on guys, lighten up." The teacher smiled. "Everybody take out a No. 2 pencil please. If you don't have one, borrow one from your neighbor. "

"Hey Jacob. Can I borrow a pencil?" Robbie asked as him, Robert, and Robin sat by each other.

"Sure man. Here." Jacob said handing him the pencil.

"Thanks." Robbie smiled.

Every since the day Nina told everybody off, Jacob finally found the strength to stand up for himself against Robbie, Robin, and Robert. After that, they finally left him alone. And after actually talking and hanging out with him, they all realized that Jacob wasn't so weird after all and became friends.

Just then, one of the ladies that work in the office walked into the classroom to deliver a message.

"Oh okay. Um, Nina. You're leaving. " The teacher said. Nina was completely clueless that she would be leaving early.

After all, she just got there.

"Okay. " She said gathering her things and making her way to the door.

"Lucky. " Jacob mumbled, upset that she didn't have to complete the quiz.

She walked to the main office where she seen her half sister standing at the front desk.

"Tia? What are you doing here?" Nina asked her. She smiled and fast walked up to Nina, grabbing her by my arm and quickly pulling her out of the doors. "What's going on?"

"I'm bursting you out of school silly. Remember?" She said. Then Nina remembered she asked her to pick her up from school early.

"I didn't mean this early. " Nina laughed. Nina climbed into the backseat of Tia's car.

She looked up at the front seat and saw somebody there. She smiled and gave her a huge hug.

"TIFFANY!" Nina shouted in excitement.

"Hey love. " Tiffany greeted as she hugged Nina.

Tia. Tiffany. Sounds familiar as well huh?

After Tia's boyfriend Craig basically committed suicide with the disorder he had and after Tiffany lost her husband in war and had a miscarriage, they both decided to give up on men and date women. They are now lesbians and dating each other.

"So where are we headed?" Nina asked.

"Nowhere specific. Let's just ride around and reminisce on how good life is."
