Chapter One

This is it pansit! First day of college. Kasama ko si mom and mama, yep tama, dalawa ang nanay ko. Narinig nyo ko? Syempre hindi kasi nabasa nyo lang ako. *smirking

Anyways, hinatid lang nila ako since ayoko magdrive, hindi dahil sa hindi ako marunong magdrive mas nageenjoy lang kasi akong sumakay sa public transportation.

"Hey, mumsy mom sino susundo sakin mamaya after school?" And they both chuckled at me

"Sweety bakit kasi ayaw mong idrive yung kotseng niregalo sayo ng mama mo?" Mom Catalina said

"Mom alam mo naman na sagot ko di ba?"

"Alam namin babe, pero mas ok kung magdadala ka na lang ng sarili mong sasakyan kesa sumasakay ka pa ng public vehicle. Alam mo namang iba na ang buhay sa College kesa sa high school" mahabang litanya ng mama Sabrina ko

I chuckled to the both of them.

"Ma, mom I'm heading, I don't want to be late at my first day. Although alam nyo namang hindi ko na kailangang mag college."

"Ok, ok! Sweetbug please make friends but still be careful who to trust. You know you are a special girl" my mom Catalina on her serious face. And my mama Sab just nod in agreement.

"I know, I have to go now. See you both later. I love you lovebirds" I winked to them, kiss them on their cheeks and bid my bye.

As I head out of the car. I fix myself. Kinuha ko yung eyeglasses ko sa pocket ng pants ko, fix my hair and bangs and wear my hoodie to cover my face. I know its weird na sa tropical country eh nakasuot ako ng jacket but i have my own reason. Ayokong narerecognize ng mga tao.

Naglakad na ko papasok ng campus. I showed my ID sa guard then he let me in.

I checked my schedule. Hmmm first class, Bio Chemistry. I am taking up Bachelor of Science major in Geography, may dahilan ako kung bakit yun ang pinili ko na malalaman nyo din. Wag lang kayo masyadong excited. *wink

Habang naglalakad sa hallway, suddenly may bigla akong nakitang scene. Isang babaeng nagmamadali sa pagtakbo, and will stumble on her foot and will fall. Yes indeed, I can see the future, I can see what is going to happen ahead of time. Di ba nga sabi ng parents ko special ako? Balikan nyo pa sa taas yung conversation namin. ;)

As expected nangyari nga yung nakita kong scene. So I move immediately, I grab her on her waist to stop her from falling. She looks shock. Umiling na lang ako and let her get her balance.

I took a quick glance on her looks. Hmmm, she's beautiful. What? Did I just say she is beautiful and checking her out. But I can't help my self not to take another look at her. Ang mga mata nya super light brown na pag tinitigan ka para kang na hypnotize. I cleared my head. Hey, Annastacia kailan ka pa natutong mag check ng looks ng isang tao? Duh, ngayun obviously! Sabi ko sa sarili ko. And then I heard her voice. Okey, OA na kung OA but what the hell, anghel ba yung narinig kong nagsalita?

"Uhm, thank you and sorry I bumped into you" apologetic nyang sinabi with a small smile in her lips.

That lips though. Gosh, ihinulma ba yun labi nya para magimbita na halikan sya. I snapped out of my dream. Tsk, I don't like her effect on me.

I just nod at her then naglakad nako palayo sa kanya. Never gave her another look. Napapailing na lang ako sa sarili ko. Masama toh Annastacia as I went to my designated locker room and grab the book that I need sa first subject ko. And started to walk and look for the room I need to be in.

Pagpasok ko sa classroom, I get their attention. They all just look at me but I ignored them. Naghanap ako ng empty chair. I choose the one near at the window. Pagupo ko binaling ko yung tingin ko sa window habang wala pa yung teacher namin for this class. Hindi ko napansin na may naupo sa tabi ng chair ko dahil busy ako sa panonood sa mga ibon na lumilipad. Then I heard someone clearing her throat. I still ignored it.
