"W-why would you do this?" She looked at me. Sorrow washed over her face. Blood flowed down her head drenching her platinum blonde hair, her arms were broken and dislocated. You could hear them crack every time she struggled for a gasp of air. "I- I thought I raised you the right way and I never did anything that w-would make you like this." Her eyes fluttered and she could barley keep her head up.

"Oh really?" My eyebrows rose at her last statement. She slightly nodded and coughed up dark blood. "You don't get it do you?" My voice was raspy and I could barley breathe. She shook her head.

Wow. I laughed snootily under my breath.

"You taught me two things in life." I caught my breath. "One, to not trust anyone who has broken your trust and to never forgive anyone no matter what." I raised myself off the ground. My dislocated neck cracked. I placed both hands on my head and snapped my neck in place. She raised her head at me. Lifeless and limp, she could no longer move. "Two, nothing gold can stay." I paused. "Why not one more lesson for our final moments together. Mother. How does that sound?" Her head fell to the floor still struggling for air. "Hmmm... How about the lesson of how good won't ALWAYS win against evil?" I grabbed her by her neck and raised her so she could look down at me. I examined her now totally dislocated body. No bone was in the right place. "And lets face it, your at the end of your journey. You have no more use to the world anymore. Everyone you love is gone. You have no one." I dragged her doll-like limp body to the edge of the building. She squealed as loud as she could.

"Wh-what are you talking about." She tried to not look down at the flames below her.

"Don't play dumb with me Cindy. How dare you separate me from my father! Growing up I needed him. But you kept him away from me because you think he would've destroyed me. But none of this would've happened if you let me see him." My eyes burned into hers.

"Y-you don't underst-."

"ENOUGH OF THIS! DON'T SAY I DON'T UNDERSTAND!" My voice made the flames burn higher. "Because I do understand." I jerked her head in a downward motion making her slip a little off the side of the building.

"Ellie, don't do this p-please." She begged and tiny tears formed in her eyes.

"Oh Im sorry, your a little to late for that now." I thrusted the rest if her body off the side of the building but still held onto her hand. She looked at me one more time. Her eyes burned into mine again. Her eyes were as blue as ice. They were so powerful that it seemed to extinguish the flame burning inside me.

"M-mom?" I looked at where I was. It all seemed so familiar. I began to take long breaths.

Finish her, you know you want to...

My fathers words rang in my head again and again. The flames were hotter then ever.

Now Ellie!

A flashback to my whole entire life flashed before my eyes. I say everything. Me and her running around playing like children. I remembered the white deer and the wolfs at the zoo. I remembered brining the plant back to life. I remembered Brandon and Lauren. But most importantly I remembered the old me. She waited. Then I remembered my father.

Ellie, this is what you wanted... Didn't you? Your life will be so easier without her. You could be free!

His whispering words swam in the thick air around me and in my head. Once again the flame started up again. I froze. And thats when it happened...
