Chapter 37 Part 1

*Laura's P.O.V.*

I wake up to the smell of eggs and beans. I slowly open my eyes and sit up. It looks like a beautiful day outside.

I think I might call Lu- wait... All the things that happens yesterday came back. Luke and the girl...making out...Calum and me. I felt the tears coming back. No don't cry. Be strong.

I hold back the tears and get up from my warm bed and go into the bathroom. I brush my teeth and brush my hair. I look at myself in the mirror. I'm a mess. My eyes are red and puffy from the crying.

Once I finish I walk downstairs and into the kitchen. I find my mom cooking.

"Morning mom," I said in my best happy tone.

"Morning Laura, how'd you sleep?" She asked. Terrible.

"Good. What time did you get home?" I asked.

"Around 12, they let me out early," she replied.

"Then what are you doing up?! Go to bed you must be tired!" I exclaimed and ushered her out of the kitchen.

"Honey what about your food?" She asked.

"I'll finish making it, now shoo go to sleep," I said and kissed her check.

"Alright, Alright. I love you," she said and I smiled.

"Love you too," I said and went back into the kitchen and finished cooking the bacon.

I put my food on a plate and sat at the dinner table. I ate my food in silence.

I wonder what the guys have been up to? I haven't talked to them in a while. Plus I need some cheering up and clear up my mind about things.

I went on my phone and pressed Ashton's contact an dialed his number.

*Ring* *Ring* *Ring*

"Hello?" he said.

"Hey Ashton," I said.

"Laura!!!!! We haven't talked in a week! What's up gurl?" He said an chuckled.

"Nothing much," Lies. "I just missed you guys. I was wondering if we could hang out?" I asked. Please say yes please say yes.

"Of course!!! What time are you coming?" He asked.

"Now?" I asked. I really haw being lonely.

"Alrighty then! I'll be there in a bit byeeeeee," he said.

"Bye," I chuckle and hung up.

Well better get dressed. I went upstairs and changed into a purple shirt and some black skinny jeans. I clean my room a bit and went downstairs.

*Knock*Knock*

I open the door to see a smiling Ashton.

"Ashton!" I yell. I immediately hug him. He hugged back shocked for my sudden outburst.

"I missed you too," he chuckled.

I pull back and his smile disappears and his expression looks concerned.

"Why have you been crying?"

Hi! 😊 I'm sorry I didn't update on Wed. I was busy. Sorry but I updated today... At 3 am on a school night. I couldn't sleep so I updated. I'm sorry it's short, I was gonna make it longer but it's late and I have to wake up early tomorrow...I mean today. I'll post the next chapter hopefully later. Whoo! double update!
