Tyler feels Josh's body relax unnaturally. He rubs his back and realizes somethings not right. He stands and has Josh sit on the bed, moving the hair out of his eyes. "Oh my god. Josh? Josh!"

Josh's body goes limp, his eyes glazed over. Tyler grabs his phone in a panic, holding Josh up an dialing 911.

"Hello? What is your emergency?"

"I think my friend tried to commit suicide."

-

The paramedics rush up to the room, having a gurney and all. They move Josh onto it and wheel him out of there. Tyler stays shaking in the corner, his anxiety getting the best of him. His whole body is trembling, everything cloudy.

The room gets darker.

And darker.

-

His eyes open slowly, the blue and white hospital blanket over his legs. Everything is blurry at first, but then his mother's face begins to register.

"Tyler! Oh my goodness you're okay." Tyler's mom says, engulfing him into a hug. "We just got here. Josh is okay, they got him to throw up the pills. Everything will be okay."

Tyler freezes up at the sudden information, beginning to tear up. He smiles, burying his face into his mom's shoulder and letting out tears of joy.  "Th-Thank you." He whispers, pulling away. "C-Can I go see him?"

"Yeah, careful sweetie." She smiles, stepping away so Tyler can get out. He folds the blanket over and looks over to the patient next to him, which is Josh.

Josh's face is pale and he looks on the brink of death. His eyes are closed and sweat is covering his forehead. Tyler tiptoes over and sits on the bed. He smiles and leans over to kiss him on the forehead. "I love you, Jishwa."

Josh's lips curl into a smile and he opens his eyes slightly, moving his arm to wipe the sweat off his forehead. "I love you, too." He replies weakly.

Tyler looks into his deep, shiny dark brown eyes and then dives in for a hug, wrapping his arms right around him and holding him closer. "Don't ever do that again, you got it?" He smiles, looking at him.

Josh nods and relaxes a bit more with Tyler's hug. He gains enough mental and physical strength to wrap his arms around Tyler, keeping the hug warm and tight. He rubs his back, being grateful that he came over to save him. "I'm an idiot. I promise I'll never do it again."

"Josh, no. You're not an idiot. Don't do that to yourself. You're perfect."

"Whatever." Josh whispers into his ear, holding him even tighter. Thank god for Tyler Joseph.
