Chapter 10 || Heated Make-Out Session

The lunch bell went and I sprinted out of the class to the library. Now, the reason as to why I'm sprinting, I'm doing this because I don't want to run into Raffael after this morning.

I slow down and walk into the library catching my breath. I take a seat in the corner where I've been sitting for the past week. I take out my book which is Looking for Alaska, I'm almost finished reading this and the next one I'll read is The Fifth Wave. I love reading teen fiction books.

I get interrupted but 3 over exposing girls infornt of me.
"Yes ?" I ask confusingly.
"Oh don't act dumb you little sl*t, you know why I'm here" the middle one snaps.
"I actually don't, so please, explain" I say poking my head up from my book.
"Ugh, stay the f*ck away from Raffael, he's mine, I know you're all over him but puh-lease dont try and fool me from your sneaky little games sister" she says chewing her gum loudly.
"Excuse me ?" I spit.
"You heard me" she smirks.
"Listen I don't know who you are but you better start running" I say sternly.
"Like your going to do any-" I cut her off by punching her square in the nose. I heard a satisfying crack and looked up at her minions.
"Who's next ?" I ask crossing my arms. Their eyes widen, they pick up the barbie off the floor.
"You'll pay Georgia !" The middle one screams.
"Bite me" I yell back. She screams in frustration and leaves. I sit back down and sigh. What the hell came over me ? I don't even like Raffael.

I once again get interrupted, but this time the school principle is looking down at me with his arms crossed. I let out a scared laugh.
"Hey Sir" I say looking up at him.
"My office now" he grits through his teeth. I stand up collecting my belongings and walk towards the principles office.

I really miss Chicago. I didn't have anyone to talk to for drama to occur.

Stupid Raffael.

I walk down the halls with people staring and murmuring. I send them glares and continue walking.

Just as I was about to make a turn into the principles off someone's warm hand grabs my arm and turns me around. Toby. I sigh in relief and hug him.
"What'd you do ?" He asks hugging me back.
"I broke some barbies nose" I mumble into his chest.
"You mean Sydney, the barbie of the school ?" He asks.
"I don't know her name, I guess I'll find out soon" I say letting go of him. He looks down at me and puts his hand on my cheek, he tilts my head upwards and leans closer I stare into his eyes. And before I could do anything he smashes his lips into mine.

"Ehem" some coughs from behind us. Toby lets me go and places me down gently. We turn around to see a very pissed off Raffael. I fix my hair and straighten my clothes.
"Yes ?" I ask innocently making Toby look down at me smirking.
"What was that about ?" Raffael asks sternly.
"What do you care ?" I ask going him my cheeky smile

• || Raffaels P.O.V || •

"Why do you care ?" Laylani asks me giving me a cheeky smile. She looks so cute.
"I don't, I'm just asking" I say straightening my back.
"Look man, it was my fault" Today defends. I glare at him and stomp off.

Toby knows I like her, how could he ?

• || Toby's P.O.V || •

I look down at Laylani and she is already looking at me.
"Well.." I trail off smirking.
"That was heated" she mumbles.
"You're a good kisser" I say.
"Thanks" she blushes.
"I'll see you around" I wink at her and take a quick glance at her body. She's really adorable.
Before she could say anything the principle came around the corner.
"Laylani Georgia" he yells.
"Yeah ?" She asks.
"Here, now" he yells. I walk off.

• || Laylanis P.O.V || •

I sit in a seat beside Sydney the barbie, Sir continues blabbing away on about the consequences and expectations.

All I can think about is the makeout session I had with Toby, that is my first kiss. And it was with the guy I don't have a crush on...it was my crushes bestfriend.

"Ms Georgia your consequence is a weeks suspension and you will then help the cleaners around the school for a week, as for you Ms Johnson you will be on rubbish duty for a week and maintaining the back courtyard" he says looking at us both.
"Yes sir" we say in unison.
"And Ms Georgia I expected more from you" he says narrowing his eyes down at me.
"I know sir, I'll be sure to ignore before jumping straight to conclusions" I say nodding. Sir faces Sydney.
"Whatever" she rolls her eyes.
"I expect more respect from you towards Laylani, Sydney. She is only new so make her feel welcomed" Sir demands
"Oh, she will be welcomed Sir" She says fake smiling.

"You know I f*cking like her" I yell at Toby.
"I do too" Toby yells back.
"I don't care if you do, just stay away from her" I yell shoving him.
"Try me" he yells back shoving me back even harder.
By now we were tackling and punching each other.

Just another day in paradise..
