Chapter 42 || Graduation Day

It's graduation day and I can't stop smiling about last night. I finally got a kiss from Laylani. It was amazing. Her lips were so soft and tasted like strawberries.

Right now I'm on my way to the graduation ceremony. Later on I'm going to ask Laylani, her friend Heather and the guys to come and celebrate.

My phone vibrates in my pocket. I take it out and the caller ID says 'Sl*tty Sydney' I press my power button and put it back into my pocket. I'm not going to deal with Sydney's bullshit anymore.

I have eyes for Laylani. Like I said, there are no words to described own much I care for Lay.

Enough lovey dovey crap.

I pull up to the school and park my car. I spot that certain matte black Mercedes Benz over in the corner. There are multiple spots around it. So I park right in front of it.

I get out and lock my car. I put my keys in the other pocket with my wallet and phones in the other. I walk up behind the hall to sign my name off and find my seat.

I invited my dad but he said he will come when it comes to my speech because he says he isn't going to be there for the others.

I sign my name off and nod at the ladies they giggle and blink flirtatiously. I smirk and walk across the football field to the rows of chairs.

Everyone must have arrived early because there are a lot of seniors, parent and grandparents.

I spot Toby snd he spots me. We jogs up to me.
"Hey dude" he says pulling me into a man hug.
"Hey, is your mom here ?" I ask.
"Yeah, is your dad coming ?" He asks.
"Yeah, but not until my speech" I say.
"Oh okay" he says.
"Are the guys still coming ?" I ask.
"Yeah they should-" he gets cut off by cheering and whistling. They guys...

I turn around to see Brodie, Dominic, Austin, Jace, and Jooey.

They run up to Toby and I and pull us into a massive group hug.
"My lil' bros are growing up" Brodie says.
"Awwww" Dominic says.
"Now they have freedom" Austin says.
"Now we can see you two more" Jooey says.
"Yay" Toby and I fake laugh.
"Aren't you two excited to grad ?" Dominic asks.
"Who said we aren't ?" I ask.
"Well by your facials and tone, that gives it away" he says punching my arm.
"Pissoff, let's go sit" I say.

We take our seat and I look around for Laylani, I parked right infront of her car.

Where is she ?

"Ehem, could everyone please take a seat" the principle announces. The chatter quietens down and everyone goes to sit down.

I sit down with my mom and Mateo. Heather and her mom and dad sit next to us.
"Could we please congratulate all seniors for their success" the principles says. Everyone claps. As the principle continues to talk on I look around to see if I see Raff.

Why am I even looking for him ?

I don't want to turn around to look because that would be stupid. So I leave it and continue to listen to the principles announcement.
"As I call the students name, please stand up and coolest your diploma. The guests, please hold your applause to the end" he says.
