To say I never thought I would be back here again is an understatement. I never thought I would even think about this place again. The burned ashes of Grounders crunch under my feet as I pull Lincoln towards the drop ship. Bellamy has his right arm, I have his left and Octavia is surrounding us, making sure no one tries to attack. Lincoln is still very much knocked out but that doesn't help with the massive amounts of body weight he has.

"We're almost there." Bellamy groans as he sees me struggling to pull Lincoln the rest of the way. "We can do it."

"Why are we bringing him here?" I growl watching as the drop ship grows bigger with every step.

Bellamy searches for a logical reason but nothing seems to redeem his actions.

Finally, my feet get a release as I step up onto the metal door of the drop ship, which has been left open since the explosion. I step onto it with my left foot and then pull hard with my arms, dragging half of Lincoln's body with me, while Bellamy mirrors my actions. We struggle all the way into the drop ship before pushing the tent hanging in the doorway out of our way and throwing him on the ground.

I breathe heavily as I drop to the floor, leaning my back against the wall of the drop ship.

Bellamy doesn't sit down, or even take a minute to breathe. He grabs Lincoln's right arm and grabs some left over red seat belts and ties him up, doing the same with the other arm. I push my self up off the ground and help secure the seat belts.

I look at Lincoln. His features have changed very much. His facial hair has been grown out. His sharp features somehow seem shaper. He has cuts running all over his face and body and blood, some of which isn't even his, scattered on every possible area.

"What're we gonna do with him now, huh?" I ask, rage running through my words.

Octavia has resorted to sitting in the back corner, curled up in a ball. Lincoln being here has definitely taken a toll on her. He looked right through her back in the parking garage, like he had never even seen her before.

"We need to tell Clarke." Bellamy says, his eyes never leaving Lincoln, probably making sure he doesn't come back into consciousness.

"Clarke?! Are you crazy?" I ask him, shaking my head. "She'd kill us."

"He's the closest thing we have to getting into Mount Weather!" Bellamy yells back.

I look at Bellamy for a long while, my eyes staring daggers into his. He's changed. But we all have. He's so driven to getting into Mount Weather, it's driving him crazy.

"Fine." I say, grabbing my gun and turning to exit the drop ship.

"Where are you going?" Bellamy sighs.

"To get Clarke." I state, turning my gun off safety.

"You're not going alone." Bellamy argues.

"Bellamy!" I yell. "You need to be here just in case Lincoln wakes up. I'll be fine. I can take care of myself."

Bellamy stares at me for a while, before nodding and turning back into the drop ship. I step off of the door of the drop ship and back into the ashes of the Grounders. My mind can't help but replay what happened just a few short months ago.

The knife inches further, drawing blood from my throat. I found myself whirling around and falling down and down. My life memories were spinning around me, flashing like thousands of brilliant pictures with bright cascading colors like a thousand tiny kaleidoscopes.. Bellamy's face became clearer as his head floated around me, telling me how much he loved me.

Then, suddenly, I was back to reality and the dead Grounder lay beside me as Bellamy stood above me with a bloodied spear in his hand.

"Tatum, go! Get in the drop ship!" Bellamy yells picking me off the ground and shoving me towards the drop ship.

"I'm not leaving you!" I yell as I see Bellamy turning to fight probably the biggest Grounder I had ever seen.

"Tatum! Let's go!" Jasper runs out towards me and grabs my shoulders, pulling me backwards.

"BELLAMY!" I scream out as Jasper pulls with all his might. "No!" I scream, tears flooding down my face.

The last thing I remember seeing of Bellamy is the Grounder on top of him. Jasper throws me into the drop ship, my back hitting the metal floor with a BANG!

I shake my head, trying to clear that memory away. Trying to clear the thought of Bellamy dead away.

Confusion strikes me as I crawl back under the barbwire fence of Arkadia. I watch as every man, woman and child of Arkadia surround Jaha, who is giving a speech. I make my way in the crowd, spotting the patch of blonde hair that I needed.

"The Grounders are coming." Abby announces, throwing me back as I wasn't expecting for her to say that. "We have a difficult decision to make. Thankfully, Chancellor Jaha has found his way back to us, and we're discussing all options."

I crouch under and make my way through the crowd. Inching towards Clarke, who stands right in the middle.

Abby continues, "But to be safe...You need to pack. Now. Whatever you can carry." I stop walking and stand up straight, looking at Abby who is looking at the crowd. We're leaving? How is that even possible? What about our people in Mount Weather? "We may need to leave at a moment's notice."

"Where will we go?" A civilian asks.

"I've heard of a place called the City of Light." Jaha answers, interrupting Abby. "It's across the Dead Zone."

"What makes you think we'll make it there?" Another man asks.

"Because we made it here." Jaha states. "I have faith, and right now, given the alternative, that's good enough for me."

Clarke interrupts harshly, "If we leave here, what happens to our people in Mount Weather?"

I have now fully given up on my mission. My gun swings by my hips and my body is fully turned towards Jaha.

"As your mother said... that is a very difficult decision to make. But the time has come for each and every one of us to ask: Is this how the story of our people ends? Did we come all this way just to die tomorrow? Because if we're not gone by the time that sun rises, that is exactly what will happen." Jaha rants on.

The crowd murmurs lowly, turning to each other to discuss opinions.

Abby steps forward "No decision's been made. In the meantime, please report to your station supervisor and gather emergency supplies."

The crowd breaks off, going in all sorts of directions to gather and pack supplies. That's when I'm jolted back into reality. I need to get to Clarke.

"Clarke!" I yell out, running after her.

"Tatum? Where have you been?" Clarke asks, grabbing my shoulders in surprise.

"In the drop ship." I say, my face turning serious. "You need to come with me now."

"Why?" Clarke asks searching my face for an answer. "What happened?"

"I'll explain on the way." I sigh. "Bring a med kit and meet me by Raven's gate."
