Madison's pov:
"What do I even wear?" I complained.
"A dress?" Liam laughed at me taking his outfit from his suitcase.
"Don't make fun of me.I rarely go to weddings.I wasn't even invited to my sister's" I said.
"Well something quite formal could do babe" He said.
"I think I have a dress somewhere here" I looked throught my luggage.
"Good" He said taking his shirt off.
"Found it" I said and got out a blue dress I had.
"Can I see it?" He asked.
"Well duh" I said.
"Look" I said when I put it on.
"Hot damn.I have to be extra protective over you today" He said smirking.
"How much more?" I asked sarcastically.
He always was overprotective. If he was more now,I swear he would kill someone if he even looked at me.
"I used to box.So people should be careful" He said.
"I'd pay a fortune to see you box" I said.
"Wait to see it if anybody even flirts with you" He said.
"What if?I've only got eyes for you" I said.
"You're the best" He kissed my cheek. He wore a pair of more formal jeans and a blue shirt with a blazer.
"Can I ask you a question?" I asked.
"Of course" He said.
"Won't it be weird...to see your ex girlfriend, the one you almost got engaged to,get married to someone else?In all honesty.Forget about me,just be honest" I said.
"Then honestly, yes.Yes it will be.I really did feel a lot about her.But we're on a different page now.We parted ways for a reason. We're still friends and we're both happy were we are.I'm happy to see her move on and do what her hearts says" He said.
"You're such a nice person.I doubt if I even deserve you" I said.
"You deserve everything in this world angel. You should know that" He said.
He made me blush, not even able to answer.Did I?Did I deserve him?He was too nice. But it wasn't the time I doubted anything.I've doubted it before and it wasn't the best decision I ever made.
I just brushed it off,to try and concentrate on the wedding and having fun.We left the hotel with an Uber to go to the venue. The wedding was happening next to a lake and the venue was just next to it.
When we arrived and found everyone else,Liam wanted to go greet Sophia's parents.
"It's okay, you should better go alone" I told him.
"They don't bite" He said.
"It's a little ironic and rude to see you brought your girlfriend to your former girlfriend's wedding" I said.
